Good value for a quiet accomodation close to ferry but don't expect thrill

Very close to the Sweden ferry. Good value for money. Quiet at night. Free parking. Basic kitchen facilities.

The cleanliness could be better. The shower had only a curtain and a moldy one too. Mosquitos outside the building were out of this world (I know the owners can't control that). Would be good to add microwave to the kitchen.

Bad

The house was on a quiet street

It was one of the worst rental experiences and we travel a lot all over the globe. To begin with, the owner seemed to forget to inform the guests that the while access to the closest beach is blocked by the highway construction. As for the place itself it was a small room poorly equipped with thin warn off towels, tiny blankets (it was cold and the owner refused to turn on the heat) and the so-called kitchen was a microscopic corner with zero cabinet space to even prepare a sandwich! The owner did not show up even once to ask whether anything was needed. Outside was dangerous with hords of boars running around. Overall, a really bad experience! As for the price, after that place we went to Kolobrzeg and stayed in beautifully decorated, fully equipped large modern apartment for less money.

Comfortable and easy stay

A really nice place, we stayed one night and it was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a fan to use for hot nights that made it possible to have a good sleep temperature. Nice bathroom and a small but well equipped kitchen.

There were some curtains on three of the four windows, but with one completely without a curtain or jalousie, the room got really bright early in the morning. Especially when the sun goes up on the same side. That would be great if this could be solved so the guest can have a better sleep.

Good place to stay away from the city hustle

The quiet space around & the way rooms were designed. The kitchenette in the room was well-equipped.

There were a couple of loose elements in the room: one curtain rod & the shower mount. Also, the room definitely needs some light-blocking curtains, which caused our child to wake up at 5:40.

Die Unterkunft und die Villa waren super! Für so kleines Geld absolut zu empfehlen. Hübsches Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, sehr sauber und schick eingerichtet! Klare Empfehlung.

Gibt Nix negatives! Im Gegenteil. Die Gastgeber haben uns noch einen Tag geschenkt weil wir eine Panne hatten und früh am Morgen zurück kamen. Danke an die Familie!

Fajne jeśli chcesz mieć ciszę i spokój, z dala od wszystkiegoRaczej jako baza noclegowa niż miejsce do spędzania czasu.

Duża przestrzeń wokół budynku, apartament całkiem przestronny. To bym nasz przystanek na jedną noc w drodze na wyprawę rowerową. Było gdzie przechować rower. Ciszą i spokój, miła obsługa, właściwie niewidoczna. Mimo sporej odległości od miasta da się dotrzeć rowerem - mały ruch samochodowy u w pobliżu wiele ścieżek i las.

Trochę daleko od wszystkiego, to może być atut :) łóżka raczej z tych niewygodnych, na krótki pobyt ok. Dla osoby wysokiej i ciężkiej może być to dramat.

Miło, czysto i schludnie

Fajna lokalizacja na uboczu, do centrum Świnoujścia ok. 6km. Ładny budynek z ogrodem. Podróżowałem sam poza sezonem, miałem pokój nr 1 dla siebie. Ładnie, czysto. W pokoju aneks kuchenny pozwalający przygotować coś do jedzenia. Jest oczywiście lodówka.

Komáří doupě

Paní majitelka velmi ochotná žena. Baráček z venku i zevnitř vypadal na první pohled hezky. Tichá lokalita. Možnost grilování.

Jako hlavní problém jsme viděli hromady komárů, kteří byli opravdu neúprosní. Nezabírají repelenty a v oknech nejsou síťky proti hmyzu - to má za následek, že musíte spát při zavřeném okně, jinak by Vás ty potvory sežrali za živa! Bohužel budova je ale za celý den tak vyhřátá, že téměř není možné v tom vedru spát. K dispozici je také polorozpadlý, ale funkční gril - bez grilovacích pomůcek, bez uhlí a vez dřeva. Bohužel okolo večera jsou komáři nejakčnější. Nakonec jsem to vyřešila tím, ze jsme maso obaleni dekou rychle ogrilovali a utíkali sníst do domečku. Na postelích mi velice chyběla krycí matrace, ačkoliv matrace se tvářila být čistá, tak člověk nikdy neví. Dále byla nízká a velice nepohodlná (cítila jsem prkna pod sebou). Byl tu nedostatek skříní, takže jsme museli mít oblečení v kufrech a na parapetu. Vzdálenost do města je 20minut autem, což už nás pak také odrazovalo. V okolí žije spousta divokých zvířat, kteří se nebojí přijít až k domu - děti tam prohnalo divoké prase asi 100m od domu.

Der Besitzer der Vila Eryka wurde zu meinem persönlichen Helden

Bin nach Google Maps Karte gefahren, 200 Meter vor der Vila Eryka schickt Google mich fälschlicherweise nach rechts statt nach links. Da ein Haus zu sehen war bin ich weiter gefahren und im Sand stecken geblieben. Ich rief den Besitzer an, der im strömenden Regen über eine Stunde versuchte mit mir den Wagen frei zu bekommen. Wir mußten dann doch den Abschleppdienst holen. Unglaublich diese Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Bin unheimlich dankbar dafür, eine tolle Erfahrung

Die Kritik betrifft nicht die Vila Eryka. Achtung, Google Maps schickt 200 Meter vor dem Ziel genau in die falsche Richtung. Fahren Sie nicht auf eine Strasse die 100 Meter vor dem angeblichen Ziel in einem Sandweg mündet, das ist die falsche Strasse. Die Vila Eryka liegt genau auf der anderen Seite der Hauptstrasse und die Strasse dorthin ist durchgehend geteert

Wir waren drei Nächte. Es war schön, aber länger waeren wir nicht geblieben.

Die ruhige Lage. Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Sauberkeit. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Küchenzeile sehr dürftig von der Ausstattung. Kochen Küchenzeile sehr dürftig. Kochen nicht möglich. Kein Ofent, kein Toaster. Bäcker für frische Brötchen viel zu weit weg. Nur mit Auto erreichbar. Ca. 10 km Toilettenbrille defekt Zu wenig Toilettenpapier Matratzen zu hart. Kopfkissen zu klein. Kein deutsches Fernsehen.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung liebt ist ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Es ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. Man sollte nur alles was man außerdem braucht dabei haben. Einen Laden haben wir in der Umgebung nicht gesehen, Ohne Auto geht es zwar auch, aber dann werden einige Taxifahrten fällig,

Die Matratzen fallen unter die Kategorie Isomatte. Echt jetzt. Ich bin nicht gerade die Prinzessin auf der Erbse, aber das geht wirklich besser.
