A few Light bulbs did not function, Curtain hooks were tornd and lose Chair on top level terras could not be sit on Outside chairs aluminium in garden patio, not sitable, to hard Bed in 2nd bedrooms to short and to hard Schutters in bedrooms not usable, to darken the room Doors to cupboards in both bedrooms, difficult to slide

Location, sea view. This apartment has partial sea views from the balcony. It is about a 10 minute walk downhill to the beautiful Luz beach with a number of restaurants/bars. The living room and kitchen are on the top floor and the bedrooms and bathroom/WC on the bottom floor.

Everything you need is available and the appt definitely has some plus sides. However, the apartment needs some tlc in several places, for example: - the sunscreen on the balcony was broken. - the lamp on the balcony causes a shortage. - One of the couches in the living room should be replaced. - The handle of the dishwasher and kabinets in the kitchen are broken or damaged. - The beds are short and not comfortable. - The cutlery was not clean. - The balcony has 3 different types of chairs. - Some components are rusty and / or old. For this price you expect more!
