The appartment is big. Supermarket just behind the corner. Beach 10min walk.

The noise level of the location . It is NOISY . The nice garden and also the bedrooms are located right next to one of the busier streets in Luz with cobble stones , nearly all traffic needs to pass through this one way street. On top of it , a bus station is located right across the street where the busses wait sometimes quite a bit with the engine running . Across the street , glass containers and rubbish containers are collected with trucks approximately around midnight. Youngsters sometimes stand shouting and smoking what i think is weed . All this meant we had to sleep with the windows and shutters closed . The appartment is not well noise isolated from the neighbours located above neither. The appartment would need quite a bit of renovation , many things are rusty or corroded , which is regretful for an appartement with this potential. Parking is not available behind the house , one does not have the badge to open the barrier , so one has to look for a spot sometimes some distance from the appartement.
