Villa Lorraine is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property with an open electric-heated saltwater pool directly on the Caloosahatchee River. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 guests (including children) and will accommodate up to 2 pets that do not exceed a combined weight of 35 lbs. (no cats allowed). This is our second year renting this house, the view is breathtaking, the dock is still not replaced, but remains in all of the pix, the grill is so rusty it’s unusable, there was something that looked like coffee grounds in some of the lower cabinets, but I suspect it is something else? It seems it is taking a bit of a hit, because there are multiple missing pull outs and other maintenance issues, for the money, I think they need to do better.

We rented this house for a baseball trip. The house was great for our family. The management team was very responsive to our needs.

Love the house and the view, the construction on both side was a bit annoying, it impacted my privacy at the pool, but it would probably be hard to find a place not near construction at this moment.
