Dreamful villa in exposed position in Key West style with huge open poolarea + Jacuzzi, as well as 2 boat lifts, own boat ramp and private beach area! Enjoy the sunrise on the porch! From the 1. You have a fantastic view into the green palm trees paradise!
The villa has 2 floors - the upper level has the living room with fireplace and reading corner, open kitchen, dining room, 2 verandas overlooking the canal, pool and river, as well as 3 bedrooms (master king bed, 2 queen beds) And a large living room with a 65 inch TV, walk-in wardrobe, wardrobe, Laundry room and access to the own double garage.
The giant Poolarea has an above average sized pool with jacuzzi and many sunny lounging possibilities as well as a pavilion with dining area and gas grill directly at the channel / Riverview. Another highlight is the fireplace with seating at your own boat lift.

Despite chilly weather, this stay was PERFECT for a multi-generational family trip. Multiple living areas, clean bedrooms, excellent amenities (hot tub, pool, etc), and proximity to airport/Sanibel.
