Located 1.5 km from the center of the village of Plan de la Tour, 10 km from Sainte-Maxime, and 17 km from St-Tropez, this single-story haven of peace offers privacy and tranquility. Its “U-shaped” design shields the pool from the wind and provides direct access to the pool from three of the bedrooms; the fourth has its own private terrace.
The villa consists of:
• a large living room and dining room equipped with a large-screen TV. The entire space opens directly onto the covered terrace and the pool
• a kitchen with a TV that opens onto the dining room and the bar,
• 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (each sleeping 2 people), 3 of which are equipped with a TV
• 3 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and 1 with hydromassage jets
• 3 separate restrooms
• 1 room with a 4-person spa
The 11 m x 5 m pool is heated to 28°, lined with a liner, and equipped with an electric safety cover; the deck, made of kiln-dried Finnish pine, features 8 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The water is treated with salt.
The covered patio is furnished with a large table and 8 chairs, a seating area, 1 plancha grill, and 1 wood-fired oven.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators (including 1 American-style); dishwasher
