20 minutes from the center of the village on foot, in an environment of large properties, with a breathtaking view of the wine-growing plain and the Plan de la Tour hills, the house offers a very strong image of authenticity.
Far from the hustle and bustle of the seaside, the charm, tranquility and poetry of the place will seduce you.
Biologically cultivated property in the heart of the vineyard, it is maintained by four friendly donkeys which add a touch of small farm to the landscape.
An ideal house for a good game of pétanque, a barbecue with friends or family. The outdoor oven is also a plus for those who know how to cook with wood. Wood is available nearby.
With its three double bedrooms, the mezzanine bedroom and three single beds, it accommodates 9 people comfortably.
Two bedrooms are equipped with shower and a large bathroom with shower with a large bath, two toilets complete the sanitary facilities.
Three terraces, one of which allows you to take full advantage of the outdoors, the 11 x 5 m free-form swimming pool is very well exposed and equipped with a jacuzzi.
You will benefit from a bar with American fridge and an equipped kitchen, a pantry area to store the groceries.
A large screen in the living room with satellite channel, wifi, library, piano, fireplace.
The very thick stone walls keep the house cool, the roller shutters allow air to pass through during the day and the mosquito nets also.
The house being the seat of a wine-growing operation, the equipment is stored behind it at a good distance and not overlooked.
However, in June and September, rarely in July and August, the noise of the tractor can be heard.
We can stay in a studio in the attic.
In case the tenants wish to stay alone, I come to take care of the swimming pool if necessary.

Wir waren im Juni 22 mit sechs Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und einem Hund zu Gast in diesem Ferienhaus. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sowohl für Strandgänger als auch für kleinere Wanderungen geeignet. Küche ist für viele Leute super. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter wurde ständig genutzt. Der Pool, das Grundstück sind gerade bei höheren Temperaturen ein Traum. Florance eine sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Als einziges kleines Manko ist zu erwähnen, daß lediglich ein Waschbecken im großen Bad vorhanden ist. In den Zimmern nur Duschkabinen. Wirklich schön ist, dass man problemlos zu Fuß in den Ort kommt. Der Markt am Donnerstag, die kleinen Restaurants, die kleinen Geschäfte und natürlich der Bäcker alles sehr authentisch und entspannt. Fazit wunderschöne Ferien in malerischer Umgebung mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten. Herrlich zum entspannen😊immer wieder gerne

Bon contact avec la gérante. Nous avons pu arriver quand nous le souhaitions, et nous retrouver à 8 adultes et un bébé par un week-end pluvieux avec plaisirs variés : grande cuisine très équipée, plusieurs espaces étagés, plusieurs douches... Un bon lieu de week-end.

Magnifique bastide, bien aménagée. Les extérieurs sont juste sublimes. Un calme absolu.
Florence est très à l’écoute, très compréhensive, elle a accepté notre heure d’arrivée en avance et départ plus tard. Un grand Merci à elle.
Nous avons passé un week-end du jeûne en famille et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.
