Very pleasant stay. Would come back again!

It was very cosy and clean. Full of little details which makes you feel like the owner put a lot of care into it. :) for example cotton ear buds or paper towels in the kitchen :) There was coffee and tea as well! (We brought our own, but lovely gesture). The location is about 20 min from the city centre but had Kuršių Marios on the doorstep! Oh and spot for a car - such a huge bonus in Nida since they charge for parking everywhere. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. :)

Not too bad for the price

Location is quite good, not too far from Nida city centre. The area is quiet and there is free parking, outdoor dining table.

There was a lot mold in the shower room.

We had a great stay! Would love to come back!

Charming house and convenient location. Loved the flowers in the garden. House is tastefully decorated and has very comfortable beds. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to enjoy a few days and lots of thoughtful touches (nice coffee maker, books and information about the area, etc). Off street parking and next to walking/biking path that goes along the lagoon.

Exceptional

An apartment is just great. It has everything you might need for short or longer stay. All furniture have a feeling of quality - even sofa-bed and armchair was comfortable to sleep. A huge plus - AC. Don’t know how, but flat has amazing sound isolation - you cannot hear whats up in the next room if the doors are closed. Perfect if you travel in a group. We were worried it wont’t be spacious enough but if you keep your thing tidy there is enough space to hang around for everyone. The owner is super helpful and always available. Highly recommended!

Very nice hosts and a charming appartment

+ the owners of the appartment were extremely nice and very accomodating! At times we felt like we are staying at a friends place! We felt like we as guests were important and valued! + this area of Nida is calm and quite, even though there is a restaurant nearby. + aircon during hot days was a life saver! + heated floors in the living room and bedroom + vacum cleaner! a must when bringing half of the beach back home. + local fisherman sells freshly smoked fish next door. + nice sitting area outdoors that is meant just for the guests. + several playgrounds around the area. + free parking in a closed yard + modern washing machine, iron

everything indeed was just great, but I wish the windows would have mosquito nets, as the house is close to the lagoon and there are quite a few spiders around.

Perfect stay for a family

The apartment is very clean and cozy. Nice interior touches to make guests feel like at home. The host contacted a day before our stay to provide all the necessary information. The noise isolation in the rooms 10/10. Very comfy beds, exceeded the expectations for sure, even the couch in the living room was very comfortable to sleep. All the necessary equipment and utilities were in place. Will definitely come back during our next stay in Nida!

Only one minor request. One door of the shower cabin needs fixing.

Standard Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Die Lage ist das Beste am Haus. Es liegt ruhig am Ortsende und man bekommt von dem ganzen Touri-Rummel nicht viel mit. In 20 Minuten erreicht man bequem über die Uferpromenade zu Fuß das Dorfzentrum. Grundstück, Haus und Wohnung sind sehr aufgeräumt und gepflegt, die Einrichtung ist pflegeleicht in IKEA-Qualität. Gemütlich machen muss man es sich selbst. Die kleine Küche reicht zum Kochen, Gasherd ohne Zündsicherung. Ausstattung beinhaltet alles Notwendige. Schlüsselübergabe mittels WhatsApp und Safe klappte sehr gut, WLAN Problem wurde umgehend erfolgreich gelöst.

Das Leitungswasser in Nida ist schlecht und kaum genießbar (da kann der Vermieter nichts für), es riecht muffig und modrig - insbesondere im Bad. Der Lüfter im fensterlosen Bad ist zu schwach und muss gereinigt werden. Gegen den vorhandenen Schwarzschimmel in der Dusche sollte ebenfalls dringend etwas getan werden!
