Deeded beach access offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Inn at Seacrest.*

The Village Towne Centre at Village of South Walton features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Inn at Seacrest.

*If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.

My wife and I had an amazing trip down to Rosemary/Alys beach to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. So cozy and clean and the perfect location! Just a few minutes walk to so many restaurants and stores, as well as the beach access! We kept our car parked the entire time and never needed it. The pool is so clean and peaceful - a nice change of pace from the popular beach! The hosts/property managers are so friendly and responsive - couldn’t have asked for an easier and smoother stay!

Tia, our contact with LIV, was fabulous. The internet didn't work & Tia tried the HOA & found out there was an outage in the area. Also, Tia was informed that we didn't have a parking pass. Tia gave me the code to the locked closet in the unit. Luckly we found a parking pass. Just wondering why there was a frying pam & pot in this unit. There was no stove! Thank you Tia for all you did for us.

The owners/managers have consistent contact with you leading up to your stay. The location was great, with just a short walk to the beach. The unit was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The process to check in and check out were seamless. Overall, this was a fantastic unit for a short getaway with my best friend and we would absolutely come back!

The unit was clean and within walking distance of the beach and all of the shops within Alys and Rosemary. The property manager was easy to contact and we were able to access the room early. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in a great location although we found it kind of a tight space at times. The pool was nice and wasn't busy at all. Very quiet and peaceful.

My husband & I loved staying here during our anniversary trip. It was perfectly located to everything 30A had to offer. The beach was incredible & very easy to access. Parking was no problem (we rented a Jeep through Turo) and the condo was easy to find. The space was quiet & included anything we needed for our 5-day trip. The balcony & view of the ocean was a great place to sit & relax between sight-seeing. We would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the studio apartment where we stayed! The views are nice, the bed is super comfortable, and the owners have put everything you could possibly need in the unit. For some reason, the Inn at Seacrest did not renew their contract with the beach shuttle service, so that is not available. However, I don't recommend going to Seacrest Beach - just drive 5 minutes down the road and go to Inlet Beach. It's wide open and absolutely lovely. No silly rules like those at Seacrest. We discovered this beach on our second day and went there every day afterwards. There is some kind of problem with the shower leaking on the bathroom floor that the owners are apparently having difficulty solving. Very little impact on us though. The managers were super responsive to every communication. I highly recommend this unit!

This was the best little place to stay! It was mine and my son’s first time to Florida and this was honestly the best experience. The location is ideal! The room is so cute and clean! This made up set this location as our forever summer vacation for a week. Close to the grocery store and the location between the Alys, Seagrove all the 30A beaches is absolutely perfect!

If you’re wanting to visit Alys and Rosemary beaches, this is the perfect location. You can see the entrance to Alys Beach from the balcony! Walk a few mi tied in the opposite direction to get to Rosemary Beach. It’s a quick walk to the beach. This was my first vacation in 2p years and my retirement trip after teaching for 42 years and I was so excited to find such a great place! Unfortunately, it rained the entire time I was there, but obviously not the fault of the condo! Very comfortable bed. Nice sized bathroom. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror though. Great view from balcony.

Perfect for couple get away. Very clean with everything you need. Only neg feedback would be a full length mirror on back of closet door ( you know us gals like to check out our outfits) also seems to still have issue with water leaking from shower to the floor. Decorating was so adorable and definitely walking distance to beach and shops. The trolley was a blessing when carrying all the beach equipment.

Location! Location! Location!! Perfect! My husband and I stayed a week in Seacrest Beach and after the kids and grandkids left we wanted to extend our stay. This little studio was the answer. Actually the walk to the beach was closer than the house we stayed at in Seacreast. You are located between Seacreast and Alys - a short walk to wonderful restaurants: George’s, Raw & Juicy and Fonville Press!! Also, you take a short walk over to the shops/resturants at Seacreast and Rosemary Beaches. The property manager was very good. Our shower door leaked and they were quick to address the issue. Overall, the property is older but the studio had been remodeled and it was everything we needed We will definitely stay here again.

The Inn at Seacrest is in the perfect location. We rented bikes just down the street and enjoyed a beautiful public beach not too far down the road. It was much less crowded than the beach closest to the Inn. Our unit was clean and cozy for two, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Could have done with less pillows (nowhere to put them!) and the shower door needs to be fixed. But the bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet, even with the Spring breakers in town. We were crazy about the char-grilled oysters at Bayou Bills-a local told us about them and we went back again! It was a great place to stay!

This condo is in a building that seems a little older but the unit was nicely remodeled. The unit is small but it was perfect for my husband and myself. It's fully equipped and it had all the kitchen and bathroom essentials. The shower water spills out onto the floor and the management company is aware and will be addressing this. Mostly I want to thank the management company and VRBO for being super proactive and helpful when I couldn't locate my email with the door code and they responded right away. We also had to extend our stay due to the weather and again they responded immediately and let us stay an extra night. I would definitely recommend this place!

We couldn't have picked a more perfect location to stay. This condo is right in the middle of Rosemary and Alys beach at less than a 10 minute walk to both. While the place is definitely compact, it was perfect for my fiancé and I. It had comfy bed with bright white, soft towels. Everything was so clean you could eat off the floor. It also had beach access, a pool and hot tub, and full sized fridge. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Our room was very nice and clean. We had a perfect trip. Only complaint was the beach. It was over crowded and we did not even have room to put our chairs. We ended up having to go about a mile down the road to the public beach. It was very nice there and not crowded at all. Definitely worth it to drive to the public beach.

We had a great time staying at this clean, cozy & comfy VRBO…building is very quiet, ample parking, easy check-in and check-out. Our favorite thing about this VRBO is its fantastic location for easy/short walks to everything we wanted to see & do in the area including restaurants, shopping and the beach access. We had a wonderful stay! Walking distance to the main strip of Rosemary Beach, quick and easy access to the beach, beautiful & clean property. The shower was incredible! Great water pressure and got very hot. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend Canopy Road for breakfast (5 minute drive), La Crema (walking distance) for the peanut butter lava cake and Bayou Bills (8 min drive) for dinner. Such a perfect stay for my husband and I!

If you want a place that's central to everything, clean, has a balcony to sit and watch beautiful sunsets then this is the place for you. Your view of the ocean is limited but the sunsets from this room are amazing! It has everything you would need to fix meals. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I can't say enough good things about this condo. I will definitely be going back!
