The house was perfectly cleaned and just right for our family gathering over Labor Day. Plenty of room and a lovely well appointed kitchen with a great porch looking over the golf course. Close to the marina and other family that lives in the area.

Great kitchen and spaces. Just know the 3rd master bedroom is downstairs only accessible by the elevator. Good supplies for a baby and it would be nice if they also had a baby gate to keep a toddler from escaping up the very cool spiral staircase to the loft. Overall EXCELLENT. Plus the kitchen had all the equipment you will need if you are a gourmet chef! They thought of everything.

The main floor is beautiful, but they don’t tell you that the only access to the bottom floor is the elevator which was broken during our stay. So the only way to get access is to go outside, down the stairs and around the side. The bottom floor is also a garage with the 3rd bedroom in there so it has a window unit which also wasn’t working. 90+ degrees in there and extremely muggy. However, the Vacasa agent I communicated with was very polite. The back deck is nice overlooking the golf course. Could have been a very pleasant stay if the issues would have been repaired.
