Totally Professionally Renovated!! This cozy townhouse-style Villa has a unique floor plan with 4 balconies! Brand new furniture throughout! The Master bed/bath is on the main with a large flat screen TV and balcony. The main level also has a convenient 1/2 bath and a washer/dryer. Fully stocked beautiful open kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Wonderful family room with 84'' TV, CD player and electric fireplace. Fabulous view looking out through the big picture window at the old live oak trees and onto the 2nd tee box of the Sea Palms Golf Course. Relaxing balcony with electric grill. There are 2 spacious Bedrooms upstairs with vaulted ceilings each with a private balcony and full bath. Plenty of closet space throughout. This Villa is in walking distance to Sea Palms Resort amenities, to bike/walking paths along Frederica Road, and a quick drive to shopping, great restaurants, Pier/Village and the Beach.

The condo is located towards the north end of the island which is a quieter location. It was a perfect place for family fun time. We rode bikes to the stables and Fort Fredrica. A lot less traffic which made us feel safer on the road and bike paths. The golf course was pristine and added to the view and overall experience. Definitely a great shared family experience for my first time at St Simons Island. The condo had everything including the most comfortable beds and linens. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Very nice condo. Just as beautiful as the pictures and located in a nice, quiet community. Very spacious. Sleeps 4 adults and a teen with room to spare. Plus the owner is super nice and responded very quickly to questions.
