About this cottage rental
Old farmhouse renovated into a gîte that can accommodate 10 people in the heart of the Aveyron countryside.
Ideally located between Albi, Rodez and Villefranche-de-Rouergue, close to the village of Castelmary.
The property is 16,000 m² and overlooks the narrow gorges of the Lézert with a panoramic view of 3 valleys and seven bell towers. You will be ideally placed to recharge your batteries and hike directly from the cottage to reach the surrounding rivers and villages.
The cottage, with a living area of 120 m², has a kitchen open to the living room, 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with 140 x 200 beds and a bedroom with two bunk beds of 90 x 200 (sleeps 4), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets (1 of which is separate).
You will benefit from a 30 m² terrace and access to the 8 x 4 swimming pool fully fenced. The swimming pool is completely private.
The house is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, pyrolysis oven, induction hob, barbecue as well as all the small equipment necessary for everyday life (iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner...).
All trips for shopping must be made by car.
