L'appartement est neuf décoré avec goût, pratique, fonctionnel , confortable ,Nickel.
La cage d'escalier en revanche laisse réellement à désirer.
Une odeur de tabac froid est prégnante.
Mais on ne vit pas dans la cage d'escalier fort heureusement.
La propriétaire est fort sympathique et très disponible
