True Paridise.

This place is quiet, very quiet. If you want to experience Bali from 40 years or more ago it is worth making the effort. No shops, limited local restaurants although friend staff provide meals and price so reasonable. Wifi is good. the views are spectacular and there are only 3 very reasonably price well appointed cabin available so no crowds but can easily book out too. My second visit and as a regular Bali traveller now alway on my list.

Great memories. Amazing place.

We stayed from 27Dec - 02Jan. Family of 6people. We booked the 2 villas. We got so lucky as we were the only ones there at the time and the owner is very kind enough to inform us to treat the place like our own. The place is Complete with amenities, facilities, and entertainment - you just need to ask and they will find a way to provide and help - they even have a karaoke and top view lounge area! I honestly cannot fault this place! The best part was we had an exclusive fireworks display during the New Year’s- that was truly an unexpected addition and what a way to celebrate the new year!!!! The 2 girl staff Devi & Tiara tried their very best to serve & help us. The 2 guys, Guido and sorry cannot remember the other one, were hardworkers, very efficient, fast, they thought about us even before asking. I also like the availability of a car & driver if in case you want to go somewhere which we used few times for additional pay of course. Drivers were amazing too! Overall the staff were amazing, excellent! Also very fast clear communication from the owner as well if we have questions or need anything. It was an overall amazing stay for all of us!!!

Wonderful location and friendly service

The view at the area and its magnificent rice terraces, the mountain and the forests on it is absolutely magnificent. The joglo we had was also comfortable, certainly for just a few days. The service we got was beyond what we expected. Taking care of our every need from a tasteful cup of coffee in the morning, a good breakfast and a lunch/dinner, not complicated but honestly prepared and absolutely delicious. And naturally a refreshing drink. This place is really recommended if you want to get away from the rush and touristic places on Bali. Bring some small snacks and so on for yourself if you want to enjoy that in your room, on the veranda or next to the pool. There is no convenient store or warung nearby!

We were very disappointed (to say the least) to be confronted at the moment of checking out with the fact that our stay and consumptions can only be payed by cash. That would have been okay if we knew upfront when booking the place. There’s no atm within 25min drive, and it caused a lot of fuzz to find this out at the moment of check out and get our bill properly done. The information on Booking.com clearly states “cards like Visa, MasterCard and JCB” are accepted. There is noting wrong with just wanting the room and consumptions payed cash, but do not mislead your customers by saying “cards are accepted” (and I leave in the middle if this is because Booking is not accurate or the resort not providing the right information).

Amazing experience in an undiscovered but breathtakingly beautiful part of Bali.

KTS is located at the serene foothills of the Batukaru vulcano, overlooking a beautiful valley of rice paddies, a river and jungle with the Batukaru in the background. Waking up early and seeing the sun rise over the hills was a unique experience which I will never forget. There are many activities that can be done at the resort or close by like hiking, climbing the vulcano, cycling, swimming in rivers and waterfalls but also less adventurous like coconut oil making classes. The area is not on the mass tourism map but has loads to offer. The staff was super friendly and the food delicious as well! We will definitely come back.

Exceptional

This place is such a small gem! The location with a million dollar view, food is extremely cheap and delicious. Bed is super comfy, shower is the best among all hotels i stayed in Bali. We use fireplace and made some cheeses on fire just ay our lounge zone of the room! Staff is super friendly and sweet. Highly recommend!!!

The name of the place is Kubu Tepi Sewah, not Kts) So it’s impossible to find it at google maps under that name, and it was quite a challenge to find this hotel) Food takes around an hour to be prepared, as it’s only 3 staff working at the kitchen, so better consider it if you want to eat fast. But as I said place is soooo cool, that this small things can’t ruine the great experience of staying here) we will def go back!!

this is really a perfect place for a short escape Nyoman and his staff are really kind and helpfull I’m a local Balinese and was looked for an accommodation when visiting Pupuan. Believe me it’s worth it!

Exceptional views in a great location. Amazing staff. We had a very large joglo with a living room as well as bedroom. Plenty of space. Can definitely recommend staying here.

Gem stay in Bali

Amazing stay at Wanaprasta. The location is amazing, lost in the middle of the rice terraces and there is no one. We were lucky to be the only ones in the hotel, the rooms are very spacious, the facilities amazing. We would have stayed longer if we could but this place offers you a total disconnection with the world. They're tons of perks by staying at KTS Wanaprasta : - spa available in front of the rice terraces - open bath with video on the rice terraces - yoga, cooking, home made coconut session - there is a restaurant for breakfast/ lunch and dinner ! We cannot be more well welcomed by Made Asri and the team, they're unbelievably welcoming and kind 🫶

Just be careful, the hotel is a little bit far from amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets. Be conveyed but this is what we were looking for _ a no brain and a full re-connection with nature

We booked last minute due to a change of plan and really happy we stayed here. The staff are fantastic, we were greeted with fried bananas and drinks and made to feel at home. The accommodation is really nice, I think it was the most comfortable bed I slept on in Bali. The views, the staff and the atmosphere of tranquility are what really sets it apart from other places.

Incredible place, beautiful views, amazing cozy house and polite staff. Friendly and considerate owner. House in the traditional architecture is very beautiful! Everything is clean. Around there are rice fields. There are many interesting details on the territory - statues, flowers, vases, affirmations:). Feeling respect for the place. An ideal place for those who want peace and relaxation away from people. I will definitely come back again one day.

The rented bike was not very good quality, but that's not a big problem. No wifi but not a problem if you have good internet on your phone. I wish there was more variety in the food. More vegetables and salads, because I am a vegetarian and have been tired of eating rice and bread for a whole week.

Clean, and spacious joglo. A very comfortable bed, with good legroom. Fantastic view of Batakaru and the rice paddies. Friendly staff, helpful throughout. Ideal for a short stay or overnight stop off if travelling to the north of the island.

Beautiful resort locally owned in ideal location

I had a fantastic stay here in the beautiful location of Belinbing in the centre of Bali. The resort is a dream and the view is incredible. I was lucky enough to meet the local Balinese owner Sudi who takes so much pride in his property and even took the time to walk me around some of the local area. The accomodation is perfect and waking up to a view like this is incredible. I can’t wait to return again soon to KTS and Bali.

This is the authentic Bali experience.

KTS Wanaprasta is located in the most beautiful and charming part of Bali. if Bali is the land of the Gods then this is where they reside. Lush rainforest, exquisite rice fields, beautiful little villages, extraordinary views of the mountain and virtually no man made pollution. All great and good, but it’s the people who really capture your heart and soul. So gentle, kind and thoughtful. The accommodation is truely lovely. Lots of big windows to see the incredible views. A very big and comfortable bed where you will have the most peaceful sleep. Its not 5 Star, but it’s in the heavens. The Staff are wonderful. The price is too cheap. Be kind, offer and give what you can.

Bali’s best kept secret - absolutely incredible

I was so lucky to stumble across this hidden paradise while staying at the original KTS Bali in Canggu and being offered by the kind owner to join him on an adventure into the authentic centre of Bali. This resort is absolutely stunning and in one of the most incredible views that will leave you in total awe of the immaculate rice fields. The Villas are pure luxury and such a high standard, easily one of the top properties in all of Bali and everything is spotless. I was lucky enough to see the owner taking time to train some new staff and the level of attention to detail he installs in them is nothin short of five stars. If you see this review, it’s a sign you need to go see this place for yourself!

Geweldig uitzicht

Uitzicht was geweldig..Bediening was erg goed en zeer behulpzaam (dank Sourash). Huisjes waren ruim en comfortabel. Er was een fijn zwembadje. Het eten was eenvoudig maar goed verzorgd.

Lastig voor mensen met rollator, vooral als het regende of net geregend had. Onze douche werkte niet goed... na 3 minuten was het warme water op. Eten porties waren wat klein.

Wir wurden von Suraz und Adnya so herzlich empfangen. Die beiden haben sich während unseres Aufenthalts rührend um uns gekümmert.Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Klasse. Die Lage der 3 kleinen Villen einfach traumhaft ruhig. Mit wundervollem Panoramablick. Einzigartig schön angelegt. Abends wurden wir mit richtig leckerem balinesischen Menü verwöhnt. Und Suraz hat mit uns am nächsten Morgen eine tolle Trekkingtour durch die Reisterrassen von Belimbing unternommen. Dies war unser schönster Aufenthalt dieses Mal in Bali. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und hoffen, dass das Kleinod ein hidden gem bleibt🫶💚Vielen Dank für alles.

Het uitzicht, de ligging, de rust en het gastvrije personeel: Suraz en Adnya. Suraz stond altijd voor ons klaar: was erg vriendelijk en beleefd. Hij gebruikte veel bloemen voor in de kamer en bij de drankjes. Adnya heeft heerlijk Balinees gekookt voor ons: keurig verzorgd!

Un petit établissement composé de trois chalets joliment aménagés dans un cadre superbe (vue extraordinaire sur les rizières et les volcans). Le personnel, jeune et dynamique, est particulièrement dévoué et fait tout pour nous faire plaisir : balades dans les rizières, dîner à la bougie dans le jardin, feu de cheminée dans le bungalow… La cuisine est généreuse. Unieke locatie om volledig tot rust te komen!

Als je echt even helemaal tot rust wilt komen, is dit de perfecte bestemming. We verbleven in de Wooden Heritage Villa, werkelijk prachtig! Alles was schoon, goed onderhouden en met oog voor detail ingericht. Overdag genoten we van het zwembad met een biertje of cocktail in de hand of een leuke activiteit en 's avonds van heerlijk eten. Wat deze plek echt speciaal maakt, is het personeel. Suraz, Mbok en Julian deden er werkelijk alles aan om ons verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. Hun vriendelijkheid, gastvrijheid en persoonlijke aandacht maakten dat we ons echte prinsesjes voelden. Kortom: een unieke ervaring die we iedereen aanraden.

Wat soms wat lastig was, is de taalbarrière, maar met een beetje geduld en Google Translate kom je een heel eind. Het personeel doet ook echt hun best om je te begrijpen en te helpen.

Fantastisch

Het uitzicht van het resort is adembenemend! Wat een fantastische plek en wat een lieve mensen ❤️Tiara en Soeras zorgden echt super voor ons! Met Sudy hebben we een trekking gemaakt door de sawa’s. Magisch! We verbleven er 5 dagen maar had ook nog langer gemogen. Wat een super begin van onze Bali reis. Als je authentiek Bali zoekt, moet je hier zijn. We hebben geen toerist gezien.

Le splendide paysage de cet établissement au charme incomparable. C’est un lieu insolite au milieu des rizières, où nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup d’attention et de gentillesse. Nos hôtes ont tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Un vrai dépaysement. Pas de wifi dans le lieu, mais notre hôte a mis son téléphone à notre disposition. Un très grand merci pour ce séjour.

alles, dit is zoals ik bali verwacht. Vriendelijkheid, gewoon lekker relax and chill alles. Kortom super accomodatie, echt de moeite waard. Loop lekker door de rijstvelden of ga naar de rivier. Super leuke eigenaar, niks is te gek. De eigenaar heeft ook een resort naast canggu wat jullie zeker kunnen bezoeken!

Er was weinig keuze in ontbijt, lunch, diner. Ze regelden wel een local gerecht voor ons als lunch en diner alleen het ontbijt was niet zoals verwacht. Maar dit maakt niet veel uit want door het prachtige uitzicht wat je ziet denk je amper aan het eten.
