The breakfast was very good, the grounds and gardens were absolutely beautiful and well kept. The staff were exceptional at cleaning, always happy and helpful. The beds are huge and super comfy. The massages by Julia were amazing and fixed my poor sleep. The driver, Nyoman was wonderful, looking after me and great at suggesting things to do and places to see. Nyu, the manager was outstanding at running the place, helpful and kind. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this stay to anyone seeking peace and tranquility in Bali
The steps outside are very slippery, especially after rain(which is frequent) I saw two people slip and fall, one person cut their elbow and I slipped myself, which put my back out for a time. I strongly advise management to rectify this before someone is seriously hurt and find a lawsuit on their hands. Also the microwaves need updating, I had to change them 3 times, one tripped the electric constantly, another started smoking and the 3rd barely worked.

Very quiet, beautiful and restful. We were really well looked after.
We didn’t at first realise you had to order dinner in advance, 3 hours in advance, but when we realised this all was fine.

L’endroit est incroyablement beau et décoré avec goût! Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et gentil. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise avec nos deux enfants et y avons pas passé un moment enchanté suspendu hors du temps.
