No restaurant open on site for breakfast

Staff were very friendly. Location is a very peaceful area but only a short drive (15min) to the main town of Tabanan. Rooms are well equipped and comfy. Good to have your own car if you're planning to stay a while as it is fairly remote. Pool was great and very clean, and grounds still nicely maintained considering the current lack of tourist situation. Overall a very peaceful and tranquil get away in a calming setting.

Staff although friendly, we're a little lacking in info. Only on day three, as their restaurant serves breakfast only, did we find out we could use Gojek for dinner deliveries.. Due to COVID we decided against daily room servicing and cleaned our own rooms. Despite being there 12 days, the staff never asked during breakfast (that we had daily) "oh is there any extra things you need for your room today" etc. We always had to prompt and ask first. Although it does say it in the guest welcome manual somewhere, paths and walkways are extremely slippery in the wet, I feel over on day 2, injuring my ankle and lost a bit of skin. I think this should be the 1st thing every guest is told upon arrival (and how to get dinner). So basically, just a little bit of vital into and a bit of anticipation would have helped a lot.

Had such a beautiful day at the Sanyas Retreat! The property itself is so beautiful and was such a nice surprise- surrounded by nature, hand woven lanterns, a duck pond and well built walkways! The room is just as lovely, with a huge (and extremely comfortable) bed, plenty of cupboard space, one of the prettiest bathrooms I’ve ever seen (with a bath & a shower), a tv with tons of stations to choose from, a fridge and our own private garden area. The facilities at The Sanyas Retreat were also great, with safe on-site parking, a beautiful pool area and even a gym if we felt like letting off some steam! My favorite part about our stay was the customer service, we felt really at home because the staff went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated. When we arrived we were helped with our bags and welcomed with a fruit basket and water in our room, Putu helped us get dinner on 2 separate occasions even though we ordered really late, Ayu gave us really good advice & tips on Bali as well as helped us with payments and breakfast and Maddy helped us out with our early 6am check out! The Sanyas Retreat is located in the heart of Tabanan, but away from all the noise! The neighborhood has a really local feel to it, and represents a lot of what Bali stands for which we loved. Thank you for the wonderful stay Sanyas Retreat, we will definitely be back.

Pas de sac poubelles dans les poubelles ou à disposition

L’endroit est incroyablement beau et décoré avec goût! Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et gentil. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise avec nos deux enfants et y avons pas passé un moment enchanté suspendu hors du temps.

Petit paradis au milieu des plantations et des rizières, des cocotiers , cet hôtel est un havre de paix relaxant, à l’écart de toute agitation et en même temps bien situé par rapport aux sites à visiter de la région (Ubud etc). Chambres et villas sont décorées et meublées avec raffinement à la balinaise, le jardin tropical joliment arboré, est très dépaysant. L’équipe d’accueil est exquise et nous a même surclassés (piscine privée), mais, même sans cela nous aurions profité du charme et du confort du lieu. Possible commande et livraison des repas.
