An excellent apartment in the most ideal location!

The house was excellent and the owner helped us in no time on every need we had! The location is ideal for families with everything you might need some meters from the house! We didn't need to take the car for our everyday shopping or to go to some restaurant. The internet works great and there is an android TV Box to help you connect with your favorite apps. We will be back for sure!

Spacious and Comfortable Stay in This Area

The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It also had a parking space, which is a great advantage as parking can be a bit challenging in this area.

The hot water was very unstable — it would suddenly get very hot and then quickly turn cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The bathroom was quite old, and although the furniture was also dated, that didn’t bother us much. However, the bathroom’s condition really affected our comfort. One of the shower cabin doors didn’t close properly, so the entire bathroom floor would get wet after showering. The host seemed like a genuinely nice and friendly person, and until the last day we were very happy with our stay (apart from the bathroom comfort issues mentioned earlier). However, on the last day, before we had even finished moving our luggage, a man — whom I understood to be the husband of the host’s sister living upstairs — blocked the entrance to the garage, even though he saw me and my car there. The day before, he had made a comment about us using a car with a Greek license plate while speaking English, which already felt uncomfortable. When I shared this incident with the host, instead of apologizing, he simply said that the person “didn’t know you were coming,” which I found disappointing. Still, I believe the host is a good person overall, but this incident did affect our last day.

it was spacious and convenient for our stay and warm.

There was central heating and hot water on demand. One bedroom was renovated and large. There was a big sunny balcony in front. A big modern bathroon with shower. Walking distance to shops and tavernas.

One bedroom has not been updated since probably 60s and bed not confortable. The sitting room and kitchen were also basic and need updating .

Ausstattung geht garnicht aber lokation perfekt und Eigentümer perfekt.

Die Lage ist perfekt und die Thermi Platz ist fantastisch.

Das ganze Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Küche ist sehr alt, nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer würde uns gesagt das er die Küche komplett neu machen wird. Die Betten sind leider ebenfalls nicht komfortabel. Der Eigentümer ist einfach super nett und sehr hilfreich im allem. Aber wie gesagt muss er in die Einrichtung investieren. Sonst Perfekt.
