Excellent location in a very safe part of Quito. We stayed here twice and would have booked it again had it been available during our other stays in the city! I would easily feel safe enough to stay here alone if I traveled by myself. The doorman was always very nice and helpful, the parking garage was safe and well lit and the owner was very easy to communicate with. The bed was comfortable and clean, and so were the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and I cooked a lot during both of our stays. The work desk was really nice and comfortable with a power outlet nearby. A big plus as many apartments in the area in this price range do not have that.

The only annoying thing was that there was no place to dry your clothes. Sure, the washing machine has a built in dryer but almost all our clothes says "do not tumble dry" on the tag and requires hang drying, so we had to be creative with how we hung up our clothes to dry in the small space. Also, the kitchen island is not meant to sit by even though there are two chairs. The countertop doesn't stick out at all so there is no space for your legs! So we ate on the sofa instead.
