The condo is located in a safe area with a variety of restaurants and Carolina Park—a large, beautiful park—within a short walking distance. The metro station is about a 15-minute walk away, allowing easy access to the historic old city of Quito. The condo is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, and everything needed for cooking. An added bonus is the washer/dryer provided on the premises. When we needed the safe reset, the owner responded quickly and came over to assist us, ensuring everything was in order. The bed is very comfortable, and the condo is well maintained. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Everything was very nice. Perfect central location and pleasant neighborhood so close to La Carolina park. We forgot our key a couple times but had no problem contacting the host and getting right in.

This apartment is great! It's near la Carolina Park, which is Quito's Central Park. The place is modern, quiet, comfortable, clean, and the administrator was so kind and always attentive to any need we may have. I will definitely try to book it again for our next Christmas holidays.
