San Juan Public Beach Access,on our street provides car/golf cart/bike parking and beach chair/umbrella daily rentals. Handicap Access & Bathrooms at Santa Clara Beach Access .4 miles away.Ideally located in Old Seagrove within reach of several beach accesses, nature trails, tennis courts, boutique shops, entertainment and gathering hubs, groceries, restaurants, dune lakes, bike, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, yet secluded enough to enjoy a quiet evening listening to the gulf waves under the stars.
Mediterranean style open, one level layout surrounded by lush tropical vegetation opens to the veranda and pool in the backyard, while the private front courtyard greets and invites guest to slow down and enjoy indoor/outdoor laid back living perfectly suited for those who are looking to reconnect with one another and enjoy the breeze and sounds of the gulf waves in a feeling of privacy rarely found on 30A.
Two king size bedrooms, and a bunk room are all equipped with luxury white hotel bedding and smart TVs providing restful retreats for all.

The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for $35 per day, or 95 degrees for $55 per day.

If cancelled prior to 60 days from arrival = 100% refund minus a $200 processing fee
If cancelled 60 days or less from arrival = 0% refund
RENTAL AGREEMENT, BIKE WAIVER POOL WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MAKING A RESERVATION OR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
No smoking, pets or parties are allowed anywhere on the property.
This home is equipped with a backyard exterior camera for protection of our property and guests. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without a refund.

Casa Azul is in the perfect location - just outside the hustle and bustle, but also very convenient to shopping and a short walk to the beach. The pool was an added bonus. We are in our 50s and 60s and dont enjoy vying for a spot at a crowded pool. The owner was very accomodating - the clothes dryer would not operate and he ordered a new one immediately. We had a wonderful time and will definitely keep this house on our list to revisit!

We loved our stay! It was a perfect house for our family of four. Location was great-short walk to the beach and a mile from Seaside. Loved having our own private pool. Bunk room was great for the kids. We appreciate you sharing your home with us:)

The home, location and everything was wonderful. There were plenty of towels and having a grill and heated pool were big bonuses. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and probably will. Thanks!
