The airconditioning worked well and all the facilities inside were nicely installed and upkept.
Im pretty sure there were bedbugs in our room and when I raised that concearn with the host, he did not respond to my message.
The tv also didnt work and you had to buy soap and toilet paper yourself.
The host just does the bare minimum.

Location was great. ~600 meters away from train/bus station. Check-in process was very smooth.
There is no lift in the building. So we had to carry heavy luggage till 3rd floor.

These apartments are just renovated and quite comfy with ac, a desk and couch, quite some space for max 2 person I recommend. Kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom are shared with 4 apartments that could house 3 people each, luckily I was alone and all was well.
My tv was smashed badly, on arrival I asked if it could be replaced for my three night stay and the host offered me to check out and refund because he had no time and also it could not be removed! There is no sea view from these apartments and it’s quite a few steps up, an electric kettle is placed permanently on the induction stove and I have not spotted fire alarms.

The air conditioning worked great, as well as the kitchen was really nice and renovated. The position was also favourable, since the bus stop and a little grocery store were 5 minutes by feet and the city center around 15.
The wi-fi connection worked only for several hours every day and stopped working every time at around 2 or 3 p.m. until the next morning. There were too few plates, cups and glasses considering the number of guests. The second bed was not actually a bed, just a drawer with a mattress inside. Our room was smaller and didn't have a balcony even though we paid the same as the others.
