About this house rental
Located in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of town, just 300 m from the beach, you can enjoy all that Mimizan-Plage has to offer on foot or by bike (the bike path is just a stone’s throw from the house): the beach, surf school, forest walks, shops, restaurants...
This 32 m² townhouse features a small fenced-in garden. It is air-conditioned and was fully renovated in 2021 in a cozy seaside style.
It is equipped with brand-new appliances (kitchen, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi). The bathroom has also been renovated (new shower).
It can accommodate four guests with a sofa bed on the first floor and two 90×190 beds in the loft bedroom upstairs (new bedding), which can be converted into a double bed (180×190).
Upon request at the time of booking, a travel crib and a high chair can be provided.

SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED.
(sheet and towel kit for 2 people: 20 euros; kit for 1 person: 10 euros)
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön, mit Liebe zum Detail, eingerichtet. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich fußläufig der Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars etc.
Wir würden dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Small appartement, not recommended for more than 2 persons. Renovation of the appartement seemed not finalyzed , paintings and other installations .
Flow of information to find the appartment, parking etc would have been appreciated beginning of he stay.
