Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Der nächste Lebensmittelmarkt war trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist Autark, Warmwasser und Heizung/Klima können selbst geregelt werden, Sie ist in einem guten Zustand, noch relativ neuwertig.

Es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine und für Selbstversorger sind ein Topf und eine Pfanne zu wenig. Es fehlen auch Ablage/Abstellmöglichkeiten, da könnte nachgebessert werden.
