Komfortowy, w świetnej lokalizacji, psiolubny ❤️

Wspaniała lokalizacja praktycznie przy samej plaży, komfortowo wyposażony apartament i przede wszystkim można poczuć, że czworonogi są naprawdę mile widziane, a nie tylko akceptowane :)

Wszystko było idealnie, no może możnaby dorzucić otwieracz do wina do wyposażenia pokoju, bo zorganizowanie go poza sezonem było nie lada wyzwaniem 🙈 Ale to zupełny dodatek.

Bardzo polecam

Apartament bardzo ładny i zadbany – wszędzie czysto, ciepło i przytulnie. Wnętrze komfortowe, idealne zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Dużym atutem jest ogródek dla piesków, co było dla nas ogromnym plusem. Na przeciwko znajduje się restauracja, więc nie ma problemu z dobrym jedzeniem. Okolica spokojna i cicha – świetne miejsce na odpoczynek. Szczególnie polecam pobyt zimą – można naprawdę się wyciszyć i zrelaksować.

Jedynym minusem był słaby zasięg telefonu, choć z drugiej strony pozwoliło to naprawdę odpocząć i odciąć się od codziennych spraw.

Cisza ,spokój….morze zza okna… Butelka wina i ciasteczka na powitanie! Apartament cudowny , nawet miseczki były dla pieska . Kuchnia pełne wyposażenie . Piękna i nowoczesna łazienka . I co kluczem ! Bardzo ciepło ! Naprawdę apartament tak ciepły i cichy ,że nawet wichury słychać nie było . Łóżka miękkie wygodne . Winda. Garaż podziemny ! Naprawę z czystym sumieniem polecam ! Klasa i estetyka i wygoda . Było cudownie

Die Lage ist 10/10! Sauberkeit, Tiefgarage und Hund im Preis inkl., Einrichtung und Garten sehr schön. Es war alles vorhanden was Wir(!) benötigten. Leckerer Kaffee aus der Espressomaschine

Personal sehr reserviert, beim Check in keine Infos / beim Check Out keiner da. Sobald Wind war machte der Abzug über dem Herd durchgehend teils nervige Geräusche Für uns war die Austattung der Küche ausreichend allerdings knapp bemessen Es gibt anscheinend auch einen Pool - allerdings wohl nicht für jedes Appartment " zugänglich "

Super nah am Wasser, 24 h Besetzung der Rezeption, sehr sauber, schönes Schlafzimmer , gute Matratzen , toller Balkon , ruhige Lage

Keine normale Kaffeemaschine sondern eine mit Pads , keine tiefen Teller , keine Reibe, kein Toaster , generell wenig Küchenausstattung . Im Winter fast alle Restaurants geschlossen . Wir wollten dort kochen , war nur mit Ideen möglich -mussten uns was einfallen lassen .

Bardzo udany pobyt – czysto, pachnąco i komfortowo. Na powitanie czekała miła niespodzianka od gospodarza. Apartament przestronny, z balkonem, świetnie wyposażoną kuchnią (zmywarka, piekarnik, ekspres, naczynia – wszystko jak w domu), pralką w łazience i wygodnymi leżakami. Duży plus za wcześniejsze zameldowanie i późniejsze wymeldowanie. Czyste, bielutkie ręczniki i pomocna obsługa sprawiły, że pobyt był naprawdę bezproblemowy. Polecam!”

Wspaniały pobyt! Lokalizacja wręcz idealna, wszystko pod ręką, a jednocześnie spokojnie i komfortowo. Psiaki mile widziane i to bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat, a do tego przygotowane miseczki dla naszych pupili - za to naprawdę bardzo szanuję. Polecam z czystym sumieniem!

Die Lage des Zimmers , die große Terasse für unseren Hund ein Traum zum spielen, direkt am Strand, und der Ohrensessel war Mega cool !

Viel zu weiche Matratzen , man ist förmlich aus dem Bett gefallen beim drehen ! Nur ein Kissen für Essstühle , die Blenden beim Türschloss waren locker ! Leider kein Toaster , etwas mehr Geschirr / Gläserauswahl wäre gut ! Handtücher waren zum Teil nicht sauber !

Dovolená, červen , se psem .

Pobyt se nám moc líbil, apartmán je kousek od moře a blízko centra. Měli jsme apartmán s terasou , terasa je z části zatravněna a oplocena. Takže náš pes si to užil. Rádi se vrátíme.

Sehr gut eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement, bequeme Couch und Betten. Tiefgarage, kurzer Weg zum Strand , ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Großer Balkon. Sehr Freundliches Personal .

Unser Appartement lag im hinteren Flügel , lange Gänge mit den schweren Zwischentüren . Auch die Appartement Tür fällt sofort zu, wenn man sie nicht festhält bis alle drin sind. Es könnte mehr Geschirr sein, zumindest 6 mal von Tassen und Teller .

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Sehr gute Ausstattung vorhanden (Küchenutensilien, Wäscheständer, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Fernseher). Kurzer Weg zum Strand und doch mitten im Zentrum.

Die Baustelle (Blick von allen Fenstern, Balkon) !!! Leider gab es dazu keine Infos vorab. Viele Anbringungen im Bad waren bereits locker.

Podoba mi się wszystko w obiekcie jako obiekcie, byliśmy już w nim około 30 razy, I wynajmowaliśmy od różnych osób, Ale to co wyprawia osoba odpowiedzialna za wynajem tego konkretnego to jest mniej niż ZERO, nie polecam nikomu z korzystania E-BALTIC proszę omijać szerokim łukiem, Pan sylwuś bezczelny, nie miły nie kontaktowy, interesują go tylko dyskusje, zbędne dyskusje , prośbą o wymeldowanie późniejsze do godziny 12 wielki problem potwierdzić miał dzień dzień wyjazdem ,oczywiście tego nie zrobił , po telefonie był bezczelny, głupie pytania zadaje co ma że mną zrobić czego od niego oczekuje jak by nie wiedział o co prosiłem, o wymeldowanie do 12 ponieważ jesteśmy z dzieckiem niepełnosprawnym i tak musimy wyjechać, NIE POLECAM E-BALTIC w Niechorzu w Kołobrzegu i gdzie tam jeszcze obsługują apartamenty, w tym samym terminie byli znajomi u nich w 2 apartamencie nie było żadnego problemu z wymeldowaniem do 12, naslal specjalnie sprzątająca o godzinie 10 rano żebyśmy opuścili apartament, gdzie obłożenia nie mieli żadnego bo dostępne apartamenty były w dalszym ciągu, Także Sylwuś nauczyć się życia bo chyba cię jeszcze nie nauczyło, trochę empatii do ludzi i nie tłumacz się regulaminem ze wymeldowanie jest do godziny 10 w regulaminie ,

Es ist und soll keine Empfehlung sein - ABER WIR BUCHEN und KOMMEN WIEDER...

Wir haben uns ein wenig in den Ort verliebt, darum kommen wir ja schon mehrere Jahre in Folge nach ,,Niechorze,,. Das gesamte Objekt ist ja noch nicht allzu lange Bewohnt, seit 20221/2022!? Der tolle Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, nicht mal 2Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Also Top Lage! Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist modern, supi aufeinander abgestimmt & befindet sich in einem tollen Zustand. Es strahlt Behaglichkeit und Freundlichkeit aus - einfach ausgedrückt: zum Wohlfühlen wird eingeladen. Das Apartment ist ein Ort, in dem man die erlebten Eindrücke des Tages in Ruhe passieren lassen kann.

Hier soll es keine negative Kritik werden und sein. Durch die komplette Eigenversorgung sind uns nur Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, über die man als Eigentümer nachdenken könnte. - Topflappen - Eierpiecker & Eierbecher - Toaster - TV Anlage umstellen bzw. aufrüsten, so dass auf ein TV Senderangebot der jeweiligen Länderherkunft der Gäste reagiert werden kann. (In unserem Fall waren es nur 3deutschsprachige Sender, nicht ein englisch sprachiger Sender)
