Wouldn’t recommend to stay here

Nice location. The place is relatively new and well taking care. Nice garden with a small area to play for kids.

I didn’t feel like a guest in Akwamaryn, more like an intruder. In the fist 30min of my stay i was instructed what i shouldn’t do in Akwamaryn and what it would mean in consequences for me. For everything “else” you should pay extra. I was with my child and since the temperature at the night was around 8’C i asked if the room is heated. The respond from the owner was that the heating season is over and if i want to have a warm room i have to pay extra😳 During the night it was super cold in the room. We were freezing and all clothes got dampy. We had to pay parking even if in whole Niechorze the parking is for free. I was not even asked if i dont want to use it. An extra receipt for parking fee was already waiting for me while checking in. Water in the swimming pool for our feeling was way to cold and we couldn’t use it. We could just use the jacuzzi. Breakfast was ok and also the staff was very nice but almost nobody from the guests were using a mask in the breakfast room or at the buffet!! Breakfast room is super tight. Tables were full during weekend with guest, sitting one next to others. In our room the wifii was very poor and we were loosing the connection all the time. It was important to me since i was with a small child and on international data roaming.

Enajoyable stay.

Host was very kind and helpfull. We were before season and the only guests, but still we had access to all amenities possible. Pool is nice. Breakfast was good and portion was even too large for two, but we did our best to leave plates clean:) Dinnet included soup and main course. We were asked if we were wegans or prefered Fish or meat. Dinner was tasty; typical home made. We appreciate the hospitality of lady who took care of us.

We liked it all, just wondering if there is any A/C or cooling equipment available in the summer, as without that temps in room may be high during hot summer.

Śniadania cudowne, różnorodne i niczego nie brakowało. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja świetna, wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy mieliśmy w pobliżu.

Śniadanie rewelacyjne. Wszystko w miłej atmosferze, którą stwarzała Właścicielka - bardzo pracowita i sympatyczna Pani.

Przedłużony weekend z rowerami

Nie ma się dosłownie do czego przyczepić. Śniadania, lokalizacja, personel, pokój, wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Polecam i z pewnością jeszcze tam pojadę.

Jedna sprawa, palenie papierosów na balkonach. Od 5 tej rano ktoś kopcił i cały dym leciał Nam do pokoju (brak klimy, okna na noc otwarte)

Podobała nam sie restauracja i podejście kobiet w restauracji do klienta. Właściciel bardzo opryskiliwy i arogancki w stosunku do gości przyjeżdżających do hotelu. Basen zaniedbany i jacuzzi nie działało ,ze spa w ogóle nie skorzystaliśmy , ponieważ krzyczał , że goście wchodzą w butach i wszystko sie psuje , gdzie my byliśmy tam pierwszy raz. Wszystko było w cenie , a z niczego nie skorzystaliśmy. Jesteśmy bardzo zawiedzieni właścicielem i tym , że wydaliśmy pieniądze na coś z czego nie mogliśmy korzystać. Powinien zwrócić nam pieniądze!! Czytaliśmy opinie tego hotelu , to on ma bardzo złe opinie .

Lokalizacja mega, basen tylko dla nas też na plus (podczas pobytu nikt inny nie korzystał z basenu)

Ostatniego dnia, gdy poszliśmy z rodziną na śniadanie (wliczone w cenę) kelnerka zatrzymała nas i zapytała o nr pokoju (poprzednie dni wchodziliśmy i siadaliśmy gdzie chcieliśmy) po czym okazało się, że nie było stolika dla nas. Przy stoliku dla 6 osób, nie chciano nas posadzić. Po chwili czekania na środku, wyszłam z bufetu. Dla mnie sytuacja ta nie jest do wytłumaczenia. Skoro pytają mnie o nr pokoju to rozumiem że stoliki są przypisane do pokoju i nasz stolik powinien być pusty, a jeżeli posadzeni byli ludzie w dwójkę przy stoliku 4 osobowym, a stoliki dwuosobowe stały puste... To chyba świadczy o nieudaczności kelnerki. Szkoda, bo myślałam że zawitamy tam ponownie, ale wolę mieć stolik i być najedzona w innym miejscu, niż głodować i walczyć o miejsce.

Die Inhaber beide sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr hilfsbereit Sehr freundlich Wir waren in der Woche nach Ostern dort. Da Niechorze zu dieser Zeit im Ostern rum noch sehr verschlafen ist waren wir die einzigen in dem Hotel Trotzdem sehr leckeres Frühstück frisch angerichtet. Spiegelei wurde frisch gebraten. Großer Aufwand für 2 Personen . Vielen Dank nochmal für die erholsame Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder
