Piękny widok na morze, lokalizacja bezpośrednio na klifie. Wspólny basen wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny, sauny, bawialnia, siłownia. Bezpośrednie prywatne zejście na plażę. Przestronny podziemny garaż z dużymi miejscami parkingowymi. Dobry kontakt z opiekunem z Easy Rent - operatorem lokalu. Spokojna lokalizacja, ale blisko sklepów i restauracji.
Podana w ogłoszeniu powierzchnia to 59 m2 - w rzeczywistości może max. 35 m2. Ciasnota klaustrofobiczna - dwa maleńkie pokoje - sypialnie, gdzie poza wąskimi łóżkami ciężko otworzyć większą walizkę. Brak większych szaf na ubrania, albo powieszone nad łóżkami z trudnym dostępem. Jedna mała łazianka z prysznicem i druga tylko toaleta, o szerokości niewiele większej niż muszla klozetowa. Część wspólna czyli kuchnia z tzw. salonem to pomieszczenie wielkości ok 3x4 metry z blatem barowym do jedzenia o wielkości 70 x 90 cm, i tandetnymi plastikowymi hokerami do siedzenia, na których nie da się siedzieć. Na zdjęciach celowo pokazano inny "apartament" - wygląda na podwójny, żeby wprowadzić w błąd. A w tym w którym byliśmy, na czas zdjęć prezentowanych w ofercie, tak przestawiono kanapę, że nie dałoby się dojść do części kuchennej. OPIIS NIEZGODNY ZE STANEM FAKTYCZNYM co za kwotę ponad 1500 PLN/doba jest żenujące.
