Nice hosts, fully equipped condo, comfy beds, clean pool, nice gas BBQ/grill, DOLPHINS tumbling in the river, right in front of your window!!! Parking spaces in front of the door.
A bit of construction noise and dust during business hours, Monday- Friday, April 2026, but if you plan not to sit in the room during your holidays, that's fine.

The property has EVERYTHING you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, bags, umbrella, towels. Enough bedding to accommodate every one. The beds were not too soft and not too firm. I'm a side sleeper and was great.
The owners were the best I've ever dealt with. They asked if they could come do a repair but I have had past issues so I asked them not to and there was no issues at all. They answered questions promptly and were kind.
The AC works GREAT. No issues being cool at all and we were there in May/June. Ceiling fans in every room. Little trinkets left behind by past renters was a cute touch and made us feel valued. I highly recommend this place. Yes its a little out dated but it felt like home and literally had EVERYTHING.
The construction noise wasnt even bad. The crew was polite and no issues what so ever.
The pool and rooftop were definitely perks as well. Saw a lot of wildlife including a lot of dolphins, raccoons, birds, lizards and fish. I could keep going but the plane is boarding.
Everything here takes an hr to get to. But thats a Tampa thing.

We stayed a week. It's a good sized 2 bedroom with a good view out back of the Bay.
Bedding comfortable. Good beach equipment. Good location a block from the beach.
However the AC is an issue for someone needing cooling. It requires a PIN to go below 70 degrees. We asked the owner for the PIN. He said he did not have one. Hard to imagine that...but that was the end of that. So on a few hot nights...requiring more cooling...we were too hot to be comfortable. AC also had a timing system that was hard to decipher...so it turned off in middle of the night.
Unit could use a little TLC inside
