Angel Villa

Propriété dans un environnement très beau et tranquille dans la montagne, avec de la fraîcheur ce qui est très appréciable pendant l'été en Grèce. La maison était fonctionnelle. Manolis, le propriétaire était très disponible et prévenant.

Una sistemazione semplice. Il proprietario deve affinare un po' il rapporto con gli ospiti (l'impressione è che sia poco che affitta la casa) ma ci mette tanta buona volontà. Sta lavorando sodo per migliorare l'accoglienza dellla casa. Offre anche prodotti di locali di sua produzione. Posto tranquillo, in piena campagna, fresco e vicino alle migliori spiagge della parte occidentale di Creta. Il costo è contenuto e quindi è insensato aspettarsi una sistemazione "cinquestelle". Direi ottima sistemazione per chi vuole risparmiare e stare comunque bene con un po di spirito di adattamento. Ottimo per gruppi di giovani.

The house is embedded in nature surrounded by hills, greenery, and fresh air. You can hike up the mountain and enjoy the panoramic view and the sea of olive trees. You will find peace of mind! What we loved the most about the location is its authenticity and calmness. 😇 The best places are very close to Strovles. Chania, Paleiochora, Elafonissi, Falassarna, and Kedrodassos, just to name a few. The host is ALWAYS available! He will help you as best as he can! He is only one WhatsApp message away! Highly recommend the place! Easily 10/10

Tutto perfetto!

The place is unique - and it is certainly not for everyone. "The villa" is a half of old village bulding, repaired and upgraded to receive tourists. It is totally isolated - you see no other houses around you, only green mountains. We used is as a base for hiking trips. Paleochora, Elafonisi beach, Topolia goege - all are easily accessibele (by car, of course). The owner Manolis did EVERYTHING to make our stay pleasant. He brought us grapes, apples and nuts from the garden by the house, and also domestic wine and olive oil. His mother leaves in the village, and she came to greet us, too. All in all - it was wonderful, authentic bexperience.

If you look for nightlife, 5* accommodation or fancy house - don't come. You can only access the place by car. You need a car to go to reataurant (there are several in the radius of 3-10km) or to buy food in super. Communication with Manolis, the owner, is not easy. He doesn't live in the village, and his English is far from perfect. Part of the equipment is brand new and very comfortable (refrigerator, kitchen equipment, TV), but other furnuture - somewhat aged. The publication in Booking.com mentioned washing machine, but I don't think it works.
