Excellent location, downstaris and backyard were nice. Upstairs rooms were worn but not a big deal as we stayed downstairs and in tge backyard most of time.

Beautiful location & ideal layout, but current state not as advertised.Pros:•Nice neighborhood•Waterfront in back•Ideal size & bed/bathroom layout•Kitchen & bar areas, primary bathroom•Good communication from owner•On site access: dock, kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, outdoor games, pool table•Stocked items: clean bedding, towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, sugar, spices, trash bags, basic toiletries, hairdryers Cons:•house not as clean as pictures, bedding not as nice as pictures, outdoor furniture was much newer in the pictures (some broken)•months or years since it has been cleaned (dirty windows and walls, dusty banister, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom floors, hair & hair pins on the floor, in drawers & cabinets, moldy shower tiles & bathtub, dirty bathroom mats (we washed them upon arrival), back patio dirty beyond typical outdoor environment, broken fan piece on the floor of a bedroom, empty beer bottle inside a bathroom cabinet)•General upkeep not done in months/years (much paint chipped inside along windows & door trims, markings on most walls, a few places where walls were patched but not painted, dishwasher pieced together & we had to fix seal & utensil holder with every use, upstairs toilet flusher came apart, shower curtain moldy, dish towels & washcloths worn, outdoor ceiling fan/lights broken•upstairs deck unusable-blocked off with caution tape•All 3 trundle beds broken
