Great location, friendly staff, nice and clean and overall a lovely experience!

Super friendly staff, clean, stylish and all in all a perfect place to stay if you want great beach access and a bit more peace and quiet. Great breakfast restaurant in the front of the hotel. Everything was really great!

The only negative is, that because the breakfast is in a restaurant, it opens 09.00 which might be a little late if you want to go out early for a day trip or something. Food was great and staff super friendly, so the hours is really the only complaint! Can recommend!

Unforgettable…can’t wait to go back

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Naxos – it truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Angel, the owner, was excellent and made sure everything was perfect for us. The breakfast was a highlight: generous, delicious, and beautifully served à la carte. Stella at the restaurant took such good care of us every morning, always with kindness and attention to detail. Every day, sunbeds were saved for us at the beach, and the service there was just as outstanding – attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. The beach itself was spectacular – crystal-clear water, calm and serene, just like a natural pool. The beach and the restaurant are only about 3 minutes away from the hotel, which made everything so convenient. Our room was quiet, very clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. We especially loved having our own private pool – it was such a treat and made the stay even more special. There were also excellent choices of restaurants nearby, and we easily found gluten-free options. Plus, getting to town was very simple – the bus stop is less than 5 minutes walking from the hotel. We can’t recommend this hotel enough – it made our time in Naxos unforgettable!

Great boutique oasis in a fabulous area on Naxos

What we liked about the hotel was its close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The town is not far by taxi, and the hotel has its own beach club as well as a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It’s a very nice, clean, modern, family-run boutique hotel.

Best beach holiday in northern hemisphere

Friendly atmosphere and amazing team, who were happy to assist with your every need. Perfectly close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, of various levels to suit everyone or mood! Would I return, in a heartbeat! It was superior to the 5 star accomodation I went to Paris for, by far!

Amazing stay in a perfect location

Our host, Angelos, was gracious and helpful. He gave us all we needed to know at check in and was available throughout. The room, the Selene, was great. The bed was super comfortable, the room spacious and tidy, and the private outdoor space and pool beautiful. The beach front was lovely and it was great to be able to reserve a spot. The service from the restaurant (which also services the beach) was also excellent. The location is perfect. I loved that we weren't in Naxos town because it was so much more beautiful and peaceful. There are still plenty of restaurants nearby or you can taxi to town for €25. Can't recommend enough!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Can't say enough good things about the staff!

The people were so nice and extremely accommodating - they saved beach chairs for us, arranged a rental car, made good recommendations when asked, and seemed to want to help us in any way that would make our stay better. The beach was only a few yards away from our rooms and they gave us fresh beach towels every day.

The rooms were a little tight for the two of us with our oversized suitcases but we easily figured it out. At times we wished we had stayed closer to town.

A dream holiday in Naxos

The studio we stayed in at Naxian Soul was very well designed and stylish with all necessary amenities, comfortable bed, coffee machine, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the terrace and windows to the sea. The property has immediate access to a private sandy beach and the sea is simply amazing - we loved it! The breakfast was lovely as well. The incredible hospitality and friendliness of the owners and all the staff made us feel so welcome and at home. We can’t recommend enough Naxian Soul and we will return as soon as possible. Thank you to our lovely hosts for the unforgettable and wonderful experience!

BEST STAY IN WHOLE NAXOS

Our stay was excellent and met all expectations. Location was just excellent, the room was perfect for a couple but the staff was what made it special. Angelos with team and driver, cleaning staff, such amazing people!! Definitely coming back!!!

The overall experience was wonderful, we didn't want to leave.

Breakfast was convenient at the corner cafe, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, the complimentary pick-up/drop-off service was great, the location was very good and the beach was sandy and well organized. Despite a little complication about our reservation, the solution was smoothly managed with a sweet surprise.

A drying rack would be great in the terrace.

The property was beautiful and clean and comfortable! Loved that the beach was less than a minute walk ! Management went out of there way to make our stay pleasant! The room was spotless as we had clean linen every day ! The beach is crystal clear ! Food amazing and our breakfast was freshly made every day ! Loved that there were so many restaurants close by to eat ! We also hired a car and went to beautiful little villages with authentic home grown food !

An unforgettable trip enhanced by our stay at Naxian Soul

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Naxian Soul, a charming boutique hotel in Naxos, Greece, and it was an unforgettable experience. We traveled with our two kids (18 and 21) and rented two rooms. Although we didn't get a room with a jacuzzi, our accommodations were wonderful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. While not overly spacious, they were modern, stylish, and had plenty of room for us. We were delighted by the welcome gift of liqueur, and the hotel's location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and our breakfast spot. Speaking of breakfast, it far exceeded our expectations. The wait staff was fantastic, always ready to get us chairs and an umbrella on the beach at any time. The cleaning staff was courteous and cheerful, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the support staff. Our trip started on a high note with a VIP pickup from the airport, which was a wonderful surprise. The front desk manager was incredibly nice and accommodating, attending to all our needs and even anticipating some we hadn't thought of. Angel, the owner, was exceptional. He personally saw us off on our last day and gifted us a bottle of wine from his parent's winery—a touching gesture that made us feel like we were leaving family. Overall, our time in Naxos was made even more special by our stay at Naxian Soul. The wonderful people there played a huge part in our enjoyment, and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Good, but not as advertised.

The location was excellent as it was across the street from the beach, the room was big enough for 2 people, we had our own back yard with a pool and a fantastic balcony on the 1st floor overlooking the sunset. The staff was also quite attentive (both hotel and restaurant) and attended to pretty much all of our requests. They also offered free transportation in a brand new vehicle from the port of naxos to the property, which was appreciated. They had very comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge.

The property is advertised as having wellness and beauty services including strength & conditioning, fitness and cardio, massage facilites and yoga, however there are no such facilities at the property. In fact there are no facilities at the property to facilitate such activities (you would expect a gym, massage room and yoga room but there was nothing). When asked about this, the management told us that we could go to a gym close by and obviously pay for it, which is not really an acceptable answer when such facilites are advertised on their website. For the price of EUR 500 per night, you would expect much more (this is approximately the price of staying at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi - one of the best hotels in the world - in the month of June). In addition, the bathroom was downstairs and the bedroom upstairs, which made it an effort to go to the bathroom at night. The motor that cleans the pool is extremely noisy, and everytime we wanted to chill outside I had to turn it off myself.

Quiet luxury

It’s difficult to choose between so many lovely resorts and beaches on Naxos but I am very happy with my choice of the Naxian Soul. A newly built hotel with quality fittings located just behind the restaurants on the beach. My room had a private plunge pool and a downstairs living space with bedroom on first level. Everything I needed was accessible, beach, shops, restaurants and onsite parking for my rental car. I stayed 4 nights at this lovely property and would recommend it.

It’s a minor point but only having one toilet downstairs meant going downstairs in the middle of the night.

The staff was very friendly, the manager was doing the impossible to make us feel comfortable; they provided me with gluten-free bread just for me. And the bench was a few steps to us; it’s private beach renting a car at the hotel.

Beautiful restful beachside Greek island idyll

Beautifully appointed room and outdoor terrace with private plunge pool. Comfy super-king size bed, Nespresso coffee machine, mini fridge, TV with Netflix. Located in the best beach town on the island, Agia Anna is a vibe! :) We didn’t want to leave. Angel and his team are truly exceptional. So friendly and lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Offering help when one of us was poorly, organising taxis, transfers, restaurant recommendations and bookings. THANK YOU :) The beachfront cafe Byammo was lovely for our breakfasts and cocktails with waiter service on the beach (the strawberry daiquiris are delicious!). The beach itself is beautiful, sandy and the sea is gorgeous. Sheltered from the wind. Beautiful view of the sun setting behind the hills. A lovely restful stay, we hope to return some day :)

Overhead rain shower pressure is too weak and the handheld one floods the bedroom floor when on full-pressure. A high hook on the wall for the handheld would be a great addition. A bit more storage would have been useful but we managed OK. Double amount of hangers in the wardrobe would be ideal. This is a wish not a negative but an outdoor shower next to the pool would be dreamy :)

We couldn't have had a more perfect stay!

Manolis and his team were amazing. They cared about our wellbeing, asked us about our day and upcoming plans, shared side trip and restaurant tips, organized our transfers to port and airport as well as our car and quad rental. You simply get an all-in-one-package here. Rooms are freshly wiped through and cleaned as you come back from having a delicious breakfast at byammo (a one-minute-walk away, Manolis even showed us around on our first day) where you can choose from a wide variety of breakfasts (from greek yogurt with fruits to omelette or waffels) while looking out at the sea and watching passersby. Sleep is peaceful and quiet in a comfy bed, the rooms are very modern and even WC and shower are separated.

Everything was great, but from an environmental aspect, towels wouldn't have needed to be changed everyday.
