Underwhelming

Loved the location but was not sea view. Organised a rental car well. Clean rooms. Balcony was nice.

Bed was not very comfortable and room was very hot despite AC. Woman at reception was never there and could not understand English. The shower was not good and the temperature changed all the time. Had to pay for sunbeds (not their fault but something to note).

Very conveniently located near shops and restaurants - walking distance to everything. Serviced every day, very clean.

The apartments we were allocated were not on the beach, which could have been my misunderstanding but check this when you book. One apartment was upstairs, but the other was in a walkway / car park and next to the back door of a restaurant so had a view of a garage full of old furniture, bikes etc and was very loud. It added to the experience and we were happy but something to be aware of. Both apartments are suitable for a couple, maybe a family with small kids but not 4 adults. You can cater breakfast but the kitchens are not equipped to fully self cater - there are so many good restaurants to eat out that you wouldn’t want to. Value for money is second to none for location, cleanliness and comfort. If you want super luxurious then you will pay a lot more.

Nice relaxing stay by the beach but a little disappointing

Great location, so close to walk to the beach, but also close to walk to great restaurants and nearby facilities (laundromat, bakery, supermarket). Free transfers to and from the airport were great, greeted on arrival by friendly staff. Room cleaned daily. Rom was a good size with large/comfortable beds.

No front desk so we found it really hard to speak to staff (tried messaging through Booking.com/emails/WhatsApp and didn't hear back for over a day). Our room had no plug for the kitchen sink, the plug for the spa did not fit so you couldn't fill the spa, but even if you could the hot/warm water ran out way too fast to bother unless you wanted a cold spa. The shower was also pretty cold, in the morning it was freezing, later in the day it warmed up but still not what I would call hot. Kind of annoying having a handheld shower when trying to wash hair but maybe a normal shower in Greece?

Other than the location. Not much else to this property.

Place is falling apart. Beds are uncomfortable, shower is terrible, no basics like kettle or toaster. We had no bed sheets, blankets are old and disgusting. It's advertised with ocean view... no view to be seen through bushes and a carpark. Don't bother trying to use the hot tub. It doesnt work. Very disappointing.

We loved Naxos and the space that we had at the property. The staff were lovely and were extremely friendly and helpful

The photos did not represent the property accurately. We were a little disappointed in the bathrooms and the rooms were definitely not the upgraded room types as shown in the photos when booked. The photos of the exterior and interior were not an accurate representation. We expected beachfront as indicated in the booking - if you expect beachfront then specifically request.

A small road between the hotel and beach area - our room overlooked the beach , great view and great sound proofing when asleep. Very laid back beach at Agios Prokopios - plenty of restaurants , car /bike hire and minimarkets

Good location for a very basic apartment.

The location was great, very close to restaurants, super market, beach, laundry facilities, pharmacy, atms.

No AC in master bedroom, no door on shower, shower head was only hand held, no toaster. Photos shown did not match our room. Only 1 light bulb working in kitchen/main area. Night light was a light bulb hanging from the ceiling.

Best location and great value for money

The staff were extremely friendly and were even willing to assist with free luggage storage and free shuttle service from the port. The room was very nice and felt very authentic. The location could not be better as it is across the street from the beach and bus stop. Definitely great value for money!

It was an ok experience but if I go back to Naxos I will look for a dirrerent accomodation.

The location is great, literally by the beach. Also theres a lot of really nice shops and restaurants. If you’re in the area I recommend eating at the restaurant “O Fotis”.

The mattresses are very stiff unfortunately. Also the toilet doors are glass and when closed theres a fair gap between the door and the wall so if you’re traveling with friends theres not a lot of privacy. Er had to hang one of our bedsheets on the door to create a bit more privacy when using the toilet. Finally the stove top wasn’t working, and even tho we were told someone would fix it the next day no one came to fix it until the end of our stay.

Accommodations in our room was not worth it. Hard beds. Shower did not have a shower door to close. Only handheld shower. A chair on balcony should be replaced as it was unsafe broken. There was a hole on the door of the second bedroom. Hot tub did not use once … not appealing to use. Breakfast was included but still had to pay for water , coffee cold as stored in a jug and not craft. Took forever to refill coffee and milk. Orange juice warm.

Extremely disappointing smelly experience. Would not recommend ever!

The balcony where you could escape the smell.

For reference this property was the last one we stayed at after a 3 week stay on 3 other islands where we stayed at some magnificent hotels. The smell of faeces in the room on the first day was horrendous which we were told was apparently a local problem!!! And apparently 3 other rooms were having the same problem!!! The staff, Nikki who greeted us on arrival was really caring and did get a maintenance person in to pour cleaner in the drains which made a slight difference but basically they, management/owners shrugged their shoulders at the issue. Would never ever return to this property. On checkout (we had a late flight) there is nowhere to leave luggage in a secure place and no one in attendance. So basically we hired a car for the day to be able to lock our luggage in a secure place! “Reception” is a concrete desk near the stairs which every Tom, Dick and Harry use.

Nice hotel in a convenient location in Agios Prokopios beach but very small rooms

We loved the tub/jacuzzi outside, it was the best part of the room and it was really good fun, we looked forward to go on it everyday, we really appreciated to have a room with an outside jacuzzi. The room and the building was spotless clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly Flo! The hotel is also very well located a cross the road from the beach, is not in the beach and is actually behind a restaurant over the road. The beach was lovely and the sea absolutely beautiful crystal clear blue but the beach gets very busy and is covered by restaurant-owned parasols who will charge 15-25 Euros a day. The sea gets very busy too but very pleasant early and later in the day. The breakfast and the place where the breakfast is served (Macao) is very nice and overlooks the beach and the sea and it has tables and chairs in the beach which it was so lovely so you can have breakfast in the beach and enjoy drinks and cocktails all day in the beach. The breakfast was very good, generous and varied, we really enjoyed going for breakfast and Macao beach bar. We also very much appreciated that we were picked up and dropped to the port at the times we requested, all staff very helpful and kind.

The size of the room and bathroom. We found the room and the bathroom very small and uncomfortable for 4 adults, is nothing like in the pictures, the rooms in the pictures look much bigger than they are in reality and they are not as smart as in the pictures, fridge was old and rusty, some furniture pealed in corners and even few bulbs not working. Room may be ok for a family with small kids but not for 4 adults! we were very uncomfortable and lacked space in the room, particularly the social area, balcony also small.

Wonderful stay

Georgia was a perfect host. Her breakfasts were the best. After reading negative reviews on Tripadvisor I was a bit apprehensive about our stay but it was perfect. Only critique is the photos on Booking.com. It was wonderful being able to cross the street and be on the sandy beach with perfectly clear water The service of food and drinks from the Colosseo restaurant was perfect .
