Świetna lokalizacja, czyste i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, parking. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką.

Czysto. Dużo miejsca w szafach. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona w urządzenia.
Brak windy. W łazience pod prysznicem brak miejsca na mydło, niemożność ustawienia prysznica poniżej głowy, brak miejsca na wysuszenie upranych skarpetek, a ręczniki zawieszone na kołku nie mają szansy wyschnąć; ruszająca się deska sedesowa. W kuchni jest tylko miejsce na przyrządzenie posiłków, ale już nie na ich zjedzenie; naderwany górny zawias w drzwiach szafki na śmiecie; niechodzący zegar ścienny. W salonie obdrapane ciemne meble, a w obu pokojach wystające kable ze ścian. Z trzech otrzymanych kluczy do drzwi wejściowych działał tylko jeden; kiedy zgłosiłem właścicielce, że otrzymanym kluczem nie mogę otworzyć drzwi do budynku, zostałem poinformowany, że nazajutrz dostanę klucz do mieszkania (!); mimo że nie otrzymałem obiecanego klucza, udało mi się spędzić pierwszą noc w mieszkaniu, a nie przed wejściem na klatkę schodową. Mieszkania nie dało się zamknąć kluczem od środka, czego skutkiem był brak intymności.
