Mieszkanie pięknie urządzone, nowiutkie, czyste. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, łazienka bardzo komfortowa. Pościel świeża, pachnąca.
W jednej z sypialni mocno skrzypiące łóżko co uniemożliwiało komfortowe spanie oraz podłoga w mieszkaniu również skrzypiała. W dzień to może niema takiego znaczenia ale w nocy niestety już tak. Brak kodu do wejścia z garażu do klatki z windą. Przejście z dziećmi i bagażami było mocno utrudnione.

Piękny, nowoczesny apartament, posiada wszystko, co do życia jest potrzebne. Bardzo czysto. Siłownia w bloku, dostępna dla mieszkańców. Plusem też jest miejsce postojowe w parkingu podziemnym. Apartament akceptuje zwierzęta.
Budowa bloków widoczna z tarasu, budowa oddalona od bloku o około 10 metrów. W dzień powszedni uciążliwa od 7 rano, jednak dla osób, które zwiedzają i korzystają z plaży, nie stanowi to problemu.
