Duży i wygodny parking. W mieszkaniu było przyjemnie chłodno mimo wysokiej temperatury na zewnątrz.
Bardzo słaba izolacja akustyczna – słychać nawet, gdy sąsiedzi korzystają z toalety. Wszystkie miejsca do spania są w kiepskim stanie i wymagają wymiany. Byliśmy w cztery osoby, ale pościel była przygotowana tylko na jedno łóżko. Musieliśmy sami szukać dodatkowej pościeli po szafach. Sprzęty, takie jak suszarka do włosów i czajnik, są najtańszej jakości. Deska sedesowa była uszkodzona. Krzesła w kuchni są mocno zużyte i ledwo nadają się do użytku. Sztućce oraz pojemniki w kuchni były brudne.
