La ubicación, la relación con el precio., la limpieza . Quiero destacar la amabilidad de permitir mi ingreso 2 horas antes del horario de entrada.
Que no había ni un paño para secar utensilios de la cocina... fue escaso el papel higiénico (había 2 y estaban empezados) y tampoco había azúcar ni aceite ni vinagre... si bien eso estaba explícitamente informado, creo que , si la cocina tuviera lo mínimo para aliñar una ensalada, o tomar un té o un café, le daría un plus al departamento y no afectaría la rentabilidad del anfitrión.

La ubicacion es el punto fuerte del apartamento.
El apartamento al no tener mucha ventilacion olia a humedad, pero bueno tiene un mini patio que si lo dejas abierto acaba desapareciendo.
