La propreté impeccable, le côté fonctionnel et moderne, l'espace....et surtout l'emplacement exceptionnel, dans une rue très calme à 2 pas des quartiers vivants de Nerja, d'un mercadona, des commerces et restaurants. Emplacement privilégié pour ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Nerja même

L'absence de terrasse ou de balcon et le côté un peu sombre de l'appartement. L'insuffisance de produits courants du quotidien, savon, papier toilette, sel, poivre, dosettes de café etc. .le manque de couverts et d'assiettes...
