The studio is on the first floor of the building and faces the main street. It is soundproofed according to the requirements of the Regional Government of Andalusia, but there may be some noise. We provide free earplugs.
A super charming modern industrial design with a full kitchen, dining area, living room with two very comfortable armchairs, and a large bathroom.
It features a 40" Samsung Smart TV so you can access your Netflix, HBO, etc. accounts (SERIES SUBSCRIPTIONS NOT INCLUDED) and a 24" flat-screen TV in the kitchen so you don’t miss a thing. We provide a NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, washing machine, bedding, and towels—everything you need for your vacation in Nerja.
We’re always attentive to all our guests and ready to help at any time if you need anything or encounter a problem—and we strive to resolve issues quickly.
On the building’s rooftop, there’s a large terrace with lounge chairs for sunbathing, a shower to cool off, and tables and chairs in case you’d like to have a drink up there while soaking up the sun or watching the sunset. We also have Wi-Fi on the terrace so you can stay connected if you need to.
Our RuiSol Apartments at 16 San Miguel Street in Nerja offer self-check-in (that is, on the day of your arrival at the apartment, we’ll send you a message with all the information you need to access your reserved accommodation). Don’t worry—everything is designed to make the process quick and easy. However, if you encounter any issues, you can always contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to resolve them immediately.
