Very clean and comfortable room

I booked through booking.com and the room was to be paid when I got there instead desk staff took it upon themselves to charge the morning before our stay and also upon arrival I was then charged another 50.00 fee that was not disclosed. Our room was hot when we got to it and the ac thermostat was frozen we called desk they never bothered to send anyone up to look at it thankfully it finally started working as several family members have asthma and copd and can’t be in the heat .the breakfast items were cold and not fresh. While exiting our room this morning the nasty girl at the front desk called at 11:02 to see why we were not out yet. The hotel needs new staffing for sure very nasty lazy women not up to par with service at other holiday inn express locations!
