The rooms were clean, the bed was so comfortable, I was able to rest peacefully without any issues. The check-in process was seamless and great customer service.
I think guest services forgot to deliver our extra towels that I asked for because we never received them.

No batteries in our TV remote. No coffee in our room. When we got a coffee packet, the coffee maker didn’t work. The breakfast would have been good, if it had been at least warm
