Little Chygowlin is a stunning, 5* cottage close to beaches in Cornwall. The property sleeps two guests in one boutique style bedroom, with an en-suite shower-room. There's also open plan large living area with smart kitchen-dining room. Outside is a well kept garden with decking and parking for two cars. An excellent holiday house for couples to enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer.
Amenities: Underfloor heating (geothermal) with wood burning stove. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV, WiFi, DVD player, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawn, large wooden deck with furniture and BBQ. One well behaved pet accepted, sorry no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles. Estuary beach 2.5 miles, Coast 6 miles. Note: This property is accessed via an unmade lane and may not be suitable for low slung vehicles.

With many peaceful parks all within a short stroll from the centre it is a most relaxing city to visit. A wonderful day trip can be had from Truro to Falmouth along the stunning Fal estuary with many options to disembark and pick up the boat later along the scenic river trip.
