(3 night stay) £2,280 for 13 adults. A very large and clean modern house – with a lot of kitchen tech! (more on this later). The large kitchen / living area was very popular and could accommodate 13 adults with ease. The rear wall was also all patio doors which folded open onto the full-length decking which was very pleasant. The hot tub was also very popular and the BBQ was great once we had worked out the controls! All of the bedrooms were clean with good bed and high-quality sheets and towels (including beach towels). The waterfall showers were great with loads of hot water, and good quality toiletries were provided. The house had strong wifi throughout. Although there were a few niggles, the owner sorted them immediately and overall the house was large, clean and everything was of a high standard.

Friday evening, we had a partial electrical failure. The owner had an electrician around right away and he eventually diagnosed that the main fridge/freezer was causing the fuse to trip. We turned down the owner’s offer to have it replaced the next day - as it needed to be plumbed in. However, the owner provided an ice maker that night and a replacement counter sized fridge the following afternoon. The house already had a second fridge and freezer so it wasn’t a great problem. The owner’s response was immediate and thorough which was much appreciated. Only 4 T-towels, no dishcloths and a dribble of fairy liquid. I would suggest having these items available for guests to use. One reason was that although there are 4 dishwashers in the house we could only get one to work! So, on Saturday afternoon, the owner’s kindly came round and showed us how to work the dishwashers, the microwave/ovens and the sink food disposer unit. The owner also confirmed that the Quooker tap wasn’t working and that one of the gas hob rings was blocked.

Amazing facilities, great BBQ/outside area and inside was modern, clean and had everything we could possibly need for the weekend!

The property is beautiful , we really enjoyed the bbq , hot tub and cinema room . The beds are so comfy and everything is spotlessly clean . It has state of the art facilities . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay .
