The open-plan kitchen has been fully updated with new appliances and modern finishes. Overlooking the living and dining areas, it features a breakfast bar with seating for four.
Appliances include a new gas stove, microwave, oven, drip coffee maker, Keurig, food processor, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, ice maker and refrigerator.

The dining area offers seating for six at a wooden table and includes a TV, all framed by beautiful views of the pool and outdoor deck.

Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally from November 1 through May 31.

This wonderful house provided ample of comfortable space for 5 adults and a 10-year old for an extended family visit in town. The location could not be better - wonderful water and wildlife (we saw both dolphins and manatees!) views from both inside and outside the house, easy walk to the beach for swimming and sunsets, and easy walk to St. Armand’s Circle for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely rent again for our next gathering.
