This home has an uncovered, open pool. It is professionally cleaned once a week. By its nature, debris and leaves fall into unscreened pools. We supply a net for our guests to scoop these out in between cleaning days if they wish. Please don`t ask us to call the cleaning company when this happens. This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis. If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment but may become unavailable before you can book it. We suggest you book as soon as possible to not lose your favorite vacation rental.
Please note there is no parking on the street unless in a designated parking area. Tickets will be issued by parking enforcement.
In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $15.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000,

We loved this home. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable. So close to local restaurants and shops. Across the street from the beach and the house provided a lot of beach gear. The pool was perfect for those hot summer days. The lagoon provided great scenery and a lot of wildlife to look at. We would definitely return! Very kid friendly with a pack and play, high chair, and toys.

This home was recently renovated due to the hurricanes. The decor was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed and fully enjoyed our family time.

The entire family loved our stay here. The location was perfect, just steps from many shops & restaurants along with the beach. In addition the flow and layout of the house itself was great, allowing everyone privacy when needed. The dock was also fun - there are mangroves growing at the adjacent house which resulted in a lot of visits from the Manatees.

Been coming to Sarasota for 30 years and in my opinion, everything about this property is ideal for a stay in Sarasota. Property managers are fantastic - booking, entry, questions etc. are dealt with quickly and professionally. No surprise charges.Location is best in Sarasota, next to the shops and restaurants in St Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach. House itself looks brand new, handsomely decorated inside, beautifully landscaped outside, high end appliances/finishes, indoor/outdoor sound system with iPad control, well furnished inside and outside. Great layout on one floor with big glass doors connecting indoors to good-looking pool area overlooking canal. House came well stocked with everything you need in kitchen, starter toiletries for bathrooms, towels for bathrooms and pool, laundry room with everything needed plus separate ice maker and extra refrigerator.Price - I booked for the minimum 1 week stay even though we could only stay 5 nights - and still walked away feeling good about what we got for our money.Thank You Jennifer and owner!
