Boaters, please be aware that in order to exit the canal and enter Sarasota Bay, you will need to clear the Ringling Relief Bridge, which has a clearance of 9 feet at Mean High Water (MHW) according to the Florida Department of Transportation. However, this clearance may fluctuate with the tides, so it`s important to know your vessel`s height before making your reservation.

There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.

This home has an uncovered, open pool. It is professionally cleaned once a week. By its nature, debris and leaves fall into unscreened pools. We supply a net for our guests to scoop these out in between cleaning days if they wish. Please don`t ask us to call the cleaning company when this happens. This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis. If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment but may become unavailable before you can book it. We suggest you book as soon as possible to not lose your favorite vacation rental.

Please note there is no parking on the street unless in a designated parking area. Tickets will be issued by parking enforcement.
