Step inside to a bright, spacious living room—perfect for gathering with family and friends. The space features two leather sofas, an indoor chaise lounge, and a large flatscreen TV with streaming services including Netflix and HBO. Just off the living room is a quiet office/study, complete with an L-shaped glass desk, computer, and futon—ideal for remote work or catching up on emails in peace.
The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, offering ample counter space, a double oven, and a convenient breakfast bar. Enjoy meals indoors at the sunny six-person dining table overlooking the garden, or dine al fresco on the partially covered patio.
For added privacy, two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. The primary suite offers direct patio access, a cozy armchair, a spacious closet, and an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.
The third bedroom (den) is located near the kitchen and celebrates natural light with a wall of expansive windows that create a bright, calming retreat. To preserve the home’s open, modern aesthetic, this room does not include window coverings—perfect for welcoming a sun-filled start to your day.
Backing onto a peaceful nature preserve and dry creek, this home is ideal for birdwatching and wildlife spotting while still being conveniently located just one mile from the Village of Oak Creek. You’ll be close to local restaurants, convenience stores, Canyon Mesa Country Club, and many of Sedona’s most popular hiking trails. Downtown Sedona is only eight miles north.

We spent 4 nights at the Bell Rock Paradise and were very pleased with our stay. First, Sedona is a fantastic site for hiking and outdoing. The house was absolutely perfect. Well located, well equipped and very clean. Highly recommended.

Perfectly located. Quiet street, yet minutes away from everything. Super clean, very comfortable. The back deck was where we spent most of our time. The daily visits from quail, dear, rabbits, birds, etc. was so enjoyable. The master bedroom could use a dresser or closet. Somewhere to put your clothes. Overall amazing place.

Love the location - great home base for exploring Sedona. BUT, the house is in need of maintenance and updating. The heat and AC was not working, and when we plugged in the space heaters, it overwhelmed the circuits so the electricity went out. No one called us until 4pm the next day for even attempting repair -- The backyard is super cute, but there is only 1 of the 3 doors that opens to get onto the back yard. On the positive side, it is a decent space for 2 couples - no more than that - the 3rd space would be okay for children, but there is no privacy.
The stars at night are gorgeous and the location is fabulous - but it needs some TLC.
