The condo was very neat and clean. It was close to everything we needed. The host was wonderful to work with.

The property has a suburban location, a grocery store and other retail are a short walk. The furnishings are dated, some should be replaced.The unit was overall clean but not sparkling clean. It was quite decent overall. We selected it as a lower budget alternative to a hotel, and we would probably just spend the extra money on the hotel the next time, with all the added costs for cleaning and insurance in lieu of a large cash deposit. The insurance vs cash deposit policy is something on VRBO I really do not like . Three flights of stairs to access the unit, the complex it is located in was very quiet. There were pluses and minuses, just do not go in with sky high expectations.

I had a work trip to Anchorage and the apartment was perfect for remote work, meetings, and easy travel to meet work colleagues downtown. Quiet neighborhood, clean and peaceful apartment, and fast wi-fi.

Location excellent for access to streets around Anchorage. Quiet neighborhood. Nice to have a designated parking spot under roof. Unit quiet without hearing other residents in building. Comfortable bed. Nice hot water. Equipped kitchen.
