We liked how the kitchen and living room were open and cozy. It was at an convenient location to go around places in Anchorage. We had some troubles, but the owner responded to my texts quickly and was friendly.
There were a couple things that were interesting. We had trouble figuring to open the door because there were two locks that we could put the codes in. The dishwasher wasn't unloaded when we arrived. The dumpster outside was full, so we did not take the trash out when checking out. The TV wasn't working. There was a bottle of ungrounded black pepper in the kitchen without a grinder. In summary, this place was nice for a short stay for a group of people, but there were some small stuff like these that could've been improved.

Very clean and cozy. When we needed sheets, the owner responded very quickly.
Her neighbor has a yard that could use some cleaning up, but that is definitely not her fault.
