Nicely decorated, good location.
Some of the staff we're pleasant, others not as much. Check in was a bit convoluted. Parts of the room were not entirely clean, including the bathroom and sheets.

Nothing from the stay or location but it is very hard to find the carpark. Staff FaceTimed to help but be aware. Make sure you only take light luggage as the walk over the bridge is wonderful but extremely steep

We carried backpacks only as advised by owner - do not try to get suitcases to the Civita!

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to us. Comfortable, enchanting and beautiful.
Nothing negative to report. It was a beautiful experience.
