Located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, 400msl, in the countryside between Maremma and Val d'Orcia. 20 minutes from the ski slopes and Montalcino, 40 minutes from numerous spas such as Petriolo, Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni san Filippo, Siena, Grosseto and the sea 1 hour away. Our area is rich in artistic, natural, enogastronomic beauties, including Montecucco DOCG, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Morellino di Scansano and excellent extra virgin olive oil
The property is a semi-detached house with a small country restaurant, the guest flat is called Villa RosaSpina (on two floors) and has a private swimming pool exclusively for guests and a garden with barbecue. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, table for 8-10 people, and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen + wood-burning stove. On the second floor a corner with table, coffee machine, fridge, large bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, study with the possibility of adding 2 single beds or joinable.bathroom with shower
