It is a hotel-level suite. We have been on the trip across several different cities in Italy it this apartment was the best one. Everybody got a socket next to the bed, we got fridge in our room. It was very clean including bathroom. In the shared space there was a coffee machine with espresso pads, microwave. No problem finding the place and getting in. Cleaning lady came to us daily, she did a really good job. Owner personally came to us to warn about power outage (city did some work)
There is a bar nearby and sometimes we heard noises from there even at night

Location. The locked and secure room. Surrounding area felt safe. Very close to St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican.
One day we had an issue of no hot water and the toilet was running. We were able to contact owner/manager of the property and he immediately fixed the problem.
