Niestety, zabrakło podstawowych produktów, nie było soli, pieprzu ani tabletek do zmywarki i pralki. Pralka po zakończeniu prania wyświetlała błąd serwisowy i blokowała drzwi, przez co trzeba było kombinować, aby wyjąć pranie. Telewizor w salonie był uszkodzony, a klimatyzacja działała bardzo słabo i nie była w stanie skutecznie schłodzić apartamentu.
