Pokój nie budził większych zastrzeżeń, a lokalizacja obiektu była bardzo dogodna. Dużym plusem była również miła atmosfera – sympatyczni współlokatorzy chętnie spędzali wspólnie czas i odpoczywali przed obiektem.
Najtańszy pokój znajduje się poniżej poziomu gruntu i ma dość niski sufit. Okno wychodzi na poziom przechodniów, dlatego dla zachowania prywatności musiałem je zasłaniać.
